very bad experience with ypur employee
we had anorther car booked, for 22.05.2025. the lady from your office had absolutely the worst attitude i ever saw. she REFUSED to guve us the car, just because i picked the wrong card to pay. it was 23:00 in the night, with two kids...no car...100 km away from our hotel

Please note that, as clearly stated in our terms and conditions and on the broker’s website, only credit cards (no debit cards) are accepted for preauthorisations (deposit). This policy is necessary to ensure security and compliance with rental agreements.
The refusal to accept the payment method was due to this requirement, and unfortunately, this was not something that could be overridden.

Good option to rent not expansive car…
Good option to rent not expansive car for adequate price.
Cars in normal condition, pick up and drop off instruction quite clear. Stuff is not informative and courteous much. Its look like they do not satisfied with price You had paid for rent. “Read Your voucher” was the answer to most part of my questions. So if You would like to save money on the rent You should be ready to solve all problems by Yourself if arise. But the rent price is the really best.

Terrible Company with very damaged cars
We had a very negative experience, the car we hired was in a terrible state, on return the attendant asked us to wait for a couple of minutes & disappeared for 25 minutes, we were not happy to just leave the car without handing it back, the office at the terminal was closed, when they eventually answered the phone, another man just shouted at me, this made us late for our flight & really ended our trip on a bad note, I do not recommend this company.

Everything went well, I just had to call about the unblocking of the deposit, which took place within 10 minutes. after a prompt. Other rental companies unblock immediately after returning the vehicle. But even so, after my first experience with this rental company, I rate it positively and will use it at the next opportunity
