Unserious and incompetent car rental agency. I recommend that you go away! When you have a problem, they answer once and then identify your phone number. Then no one answers. they flee! What a shame!!

Very quick check-in and check-out. The company working hours are till 11pm which helps a lot.

I have not got my deposit of 500 euro back, the car was returned in time and without a scratch 15/5 more than 2 weeks ago. The only thing I have heard from Autovia was this rating inquiry.

The handling at the airport desk was very efficient and friendly. It was no problem to add an extra driver. We received a free car upgrade. The car itself was new and clean. The staff did not try to sell extra features or insurances.

The car i got was broken, they need some time to fix it which delayed my travel. Also my deposit is still not released after a nearly a month. Wrote to them several times, no one responded. Doubt i will rent a car with them again

Friendly staff, short waiting time. The car was in perfect condition.

I was given a Lancia instead of a Renault (a smaller car) but everything else was fine

I get Lancia Ypsilon instead of Fiat Panda,
I reserved with Debit Card embossed.

The company gave me a car that was different to the one I booked and paid for. Besides the model it was a Methane car not petrol which had rocketed in price and put up my expenses. They also are not helpful at airport without explaining the contract or the hidden charges. All then inform you is about the fuel and damages while rushing you on.
Never will use them again.

we rented the car for five days (13.11 from Autovia, Via del Triumvirato, 84, 40132 Bologna) They have deducted €500 from my bank account as a "reservation". It has been almost a month now and the money has not come back.

There were no major problems! Just don’t forget to take many pictures when you get the car, just in case there are some minor scratches that they might put on you.
The return of the deposit took a bit longer than expected (7 days).
All in all a good experience.

Everything went great. No queues at taking or leaving the car. The car was awesome as expected. Truly great experience. No hidden costs. Quick and clear response on email questions.

Very fast pick-up. Great car for the price paid

I had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to arrive at the office to complete the registration and check-out process. This was in the middle of the afternoon during business hours. Then check out took an additional 15-20 minutes - this is the longest I have had to wait for any rental car company that I have dealt with.

Very nice company with very good staff, especially Johnny who was available to every phone call.
I will definitely continue to hire cars from you in the future.

Pick up follow fast and without problems
Car complates with reservation.
New car, fully tanked clean inside/outside
Weaknesses:
Car had no parking sensors (front/back),
Radio aerial was missing, so radio Has poor signal quality)
After return, the deposit was removed really fast!
I can recommend this Company :)

this company is total fraud, their employee were incredibly impolite and incompetent then i was also charged for damaged that i did not do !! terrible experience overall, hopefully they will go bankrupt soon

Great value for money, great service with everything explained beforehand and an easy handover both when collecting and returning the vehicle.
The only real criticism I have was that the car was not cleaned beforehand. But apart from that, keep up the good work, will be using again and more than happy to recommend. A++++
