Extra charge and no refunds??
Extra charge on collection than the voucher said. I have not received a refund of the deposit. the contact telephone number was incorrect in relation to what was stated in the voucher. The staff were nice. But I don't know if it's just fattened extra money that I'm seeing aging again?

The rent of the car was very complicated. It was not the first time I rented a car with Autovia, so all my information was already saved in the system. However, this time they decided to ask me for an international driving permit for not being European, which I have digitally, but the agent was not accepting me this documentation for being digital, at the end, they accepted the document and rent me the car, however only after we had a long discussion.
Also, they give me the car dirty and with only 1/4 of gas whereas the contract was indicating 1/2 tank available.

Never had a problem
I hired a car from this company (once in Bologna in 2020 and once in Verona in 2022, which I then returned in Bologna) and both times it was easy to collect and return and never had a problem. I will definitely use them again. :)

The car was great and the value for money is incredible.
Customer service is appaling. We waited 1.5hr at their desk to get the paperwork done! When we complained to the employee he said 'if you want the car, you have to wait'...

Friendly and professional service and fab car
A great experience through and through from the lovely girls at the desk to Luca, the lovely guy that inspected our car when returned. Great prices, second driver included and a free upgrade to a spotless brand new T-ROC.Plus, thy have an app you can download at the desk if you need to report anything to the company during your rental.
Already booked for our summer holiday with the lovely Martina.
Highly recommended.

Autovia at superlative
This is my second rental from they in Bologna and everything was at superlative. I rented an economy car but , due to Black Friday, they offer me an very cheap upgrade to a bigger and automatic car! The car was in great condition with 11.000km but it was loocking like new! Defenitly I will be their customer next time in Bologna and in Itlay!

I rented a car for 6 days out of the Bologna airport. The car was almost new and in perfect condition inside and out. Customer service was very good, I will book again when visiting Italy.
