Quick, no problems

The car was good, but not corresponding to our order (we got a saloon car, we were expecting a compact car). It was then difficult to park the car.

We had an upgrade, but we did‘t ask for it. Grazie mille

All Service was quick and simple. Car was new and returned was easy. I can recommend that rental Autovia,

Kind people, great car, small price. A fine experience.

We rented two cars, immediately after leaving the airport the low tyre pressure warning lit up on both cars. We discovered both cars had at least one illegal bald tyre on them. The Fiat 500 had some considerable body damage also. The guys running it at Brindisi Airport were really nice and helpful but the cars were cheap and not very good.

Everything went well, and the most important point when I use a rental car: no surprises!!

The car was fine, but it was in a poor state of repair! I think in the winter time the choice of car is very limited. I like Autovia as a company they are very accommodating and helpful.

Why is this form only in Italian? That's my first question. My second question is why Autovia lets me pay for things that are not my fault. And when I send a mail they don't answer, but charge my credit card. I think Autovia is total rubbish (let me spare you all the details), never rent a car there.

NB: and the reaction is in....... Italian!

Excellent, efficient, and friendly service from both the agent at the reception desk and the fellow who delivered the car. The car was delivered in fine condition with the few small marks on the body clearly recognized and shown in the delivery document.

Good car, clean and ready, easy experience at start and finish.

Autovia Brindisi airport - perfect service, quick pick up and return procedure. Care free with almost new and well maintained cars. Good communication and quick reply on e mails since our flight was delayed. Would recommend this and surely will use again.

Very poor service. I was given a faulty vehicle on the second day of my 4 day rental the car steering wheel electronic assistance failed and would not allow me to to steer the wheels left or right. Needless to say I was lucky I wasn’t in a very severe accident. On top of this Autovia did not replace or offer me a car as I was 100km away from the airport where I collected the car. I have still not received a refund of the days I didn’t have a car and I had to pay a taxi to the airport on me return trip that they have also refused to refund me for.

Was concerned regarding this company, as some of the reviews were not good. Queried these with Zest which was the company we booked with. They offer a free second driver by the way.
We were assured the car hire at Brindisi airport had a good reputation. Which proved to be the case. Collecting the car was easy from the hire car offices outside the terminal to the left of arrivals. Autovia is the last desk. The lady didn't speak much and it was difficult to hear through the glass / plastic screen.
There was no hard sell of insurance, which was good as we had taken out Zest's excess cover anyway.
The only concern was that no mention was made of procedure to follow in emergencies or breakdowns.
Collecting the car was easy, as you continue walking away from the airport for a couple hundred metres to the cars. We were given a relatively new Seat Arona. It had a few noted damages / dents / scratches and most of them were already noted. We added a few more to ensure we did not get held accountable for them. My only concern was the lack of spare tyre but in its place was a can of, I assume, compressed foam or something similar to deal with punctures. I asked for an explanation on how to use it but did not receive one, as his English was not good. Thankfully we did not need it.
It was an excellent car with a huge entertainment system and sat nav. We needed help to use it though and changing the languages etc was a little beyond us after a delayed and long journey. The man on site kindly inserted our destination details and we learnt how to use it over the next few days.
On return the car was checked and signed off as nothing damaged which is always a relief, as some companies will look for anything to charge the unwary motorist out.
I would definitely recommend the Brindisi branch to other travellers but do check the cars inside and out very carefully before accepting what they have recorded as minor damages.

Picked up the car in Naples, and returned it to Brindisi. Great car, great support from the rental company.
