Super Mario
Mario explained everything quickly and competently in excellent English. He even found a moment in his demanding job to recommend some worthwhile places to visit in the area. Although renting a car can be stressful, he made it a pleasant experience.

Hidden & unjustified additional charges!! Autovia at Florence Airport
Rented a car from Autovia at Florence airport. We filled up the car at the closest fuel station before returning it.
A week after returning the car, I received the invoice and noticed that I was charged amounts for fuel, service charge for refilling the car, and also an extra cleaning fee (nowhere in the contract was this charge mentioned.
In total I was charged an additional amount of €66 that cannot be justified.
I have contacted Autovia twice since then and have not had a response yet.
