Friendly people both at terminal office as well the parking lot where the cars are collected/returned. Don't try to park the car yourself as the spaces are too narrow and you cannot get out.

Car Hire collection so slow, only 3 people before us in the queue, 1 person working, it took 90 minutes from arriving to keys being given to us!

Car in poor condition, scratches and dents all over it, yes these were pointed out, but for £170 for 5 days hire I expected better. Car had 30,000 km and all through the hire it had a warning light on the dashboard.

I have complained in writing and got back a reply after 3 weeks not answering any of my questions and request for some compensation.
I suggest using another car hire company at Pisa airport where queues were dealt with quickly and newer better condition car given.

Clutch failed and no answer from support team. Had to leave car and go back to the airport to sort recovery. Took seven hours to sort so effectively a whole day of travelling lost.

Rented the car at Pisa airport. Very short wait. Charming and helpful man to did the rental - also got a free upgrade to an automatic.

The only downside was that the man in the parking area wasn't all the helpful.

Hassle-free service on collection and return. Only quibble - the windscreen washer was empty. Otherwise, nice little car, no problems.

The representative was very efficient and welcoming plus the car was excellently presented. A very good experience.

the requested car (Tiguan Automatic) was available and great. Reception in Pisa Airport was adequate and car park personel helpful and professional. No hassle.

I am very satisfied about the service of ecovia. The reception on Pavia Airport was excellent. Everything which was important for me was explained. I was very happy when the ecovia officer told me that I was fully insured. A couple of years ago I had a completely different and bad experience with another car rent businesses at Pisa Airport.

Good service at the check in. Employee was informative & clear. Turn in was also easy. Rental was clean & good shape.

TERRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT USE THEM.
They simple cancelled my booking because I arrived 1h after the booking time. There was NO INFORMATION about this in any of the emails sent.

Picking up the car was great staff where great & helpful.

Firstly, I want to say that the gentleman that was on the desk at Pisa was wonderful, helpful and friendly
I also was not happy that I thought I'd paid a premium for an additional younger driver but was told that it was just an additional driver I'd paid for but had to pay more for a younger driver. Who in the end didn't drive because of the problems with the car.
My main problem was that the car would not start the first time we went to use it after driving from the airport (a flat battery).
None of the breakdown numbers worked, Autovia kindly got them to call us. Still it took 4 hours to get going.
The next morning same problem, this time I was told I needed to get a taxi to Florence (an hour away) to replace the car, It was going to cost €390 euros to get a taxi from the nearest place (which was an hour away). So instead we waited for the breakdown people again (5 hours) got the car started and drove to Florence (making sure we didn't stall or stop the car). I was then given a bifuel car, which I didn't want (there were no gas stations near our villa) but also no gas in the car, so I had to drive to find somewhere on a public holiday in Italy so a lot of places were closed for gas.
I lost a day and an evening of my holiday chasing around to get a car sorted.

Everything was fine. The shuttle bus back to terminal after returning the rented car never shoved up! Had to walk!

Friendly staff. Excellent high spec car.

This experience has far exceeded my expectations which was flawless from start to finish. I will never rent from anyone else in Italy. Special shout out to Sara at the Pescara airport. Management, if you read this, she deserves a raise!

Very good service, the pick up was quick (no line, waiting) the car was clean and in good condition. Any damage was clearly identified prior to pick up.
Will definitely use again
