Very good service, the pick up was quick (no line, waiting) the car was clean and in good condition. Any damage was clearly identified prior to pick up.
Will definitely use again

Everything was great, smooth and fast. Only the car had quite badly damaged tires, it's quite dangerous.

due to the very poor customer facing personnel at Pisa Airport this was probably amongst the worst customer experiences ever!!! shame as the car was good.. i would recommend customer service training urgently!!!!

There was a short delay as the desk wasn’t manned, but soon after the paperwork was completed in a speedy time.

The office remained open until late and so I was able to hire a car following my flight diversion from Perugia to Pisa. The Autovia representative was incredibly helpful.

We picked up a Fiat Panda for a week from Pisa Airport. Service at reception was fairly quick and easy. The car was clean and almost new. I reported one bit of minor damage to the receptionist and it was quickly checked and noted on our paperwork.
Drop off at the end of the week was simple and straightforward.
One thing to note is that the rental office is in an area next to the airport with all the other car rental companies. It’s a five minute walk, or a shuttle bus if you prefer. The paperwork from our rental agent (not Autovia/Ecovia) said that the office was in the airport building.
I would happily use this company again.

Everything went ok until we went back from our trip. We looked for a gas station nearby, but none of them was in service so we had to bring the car back with missing fuel (about 2/8 full). We were told by the person at the counter that as we got the car with only 6/8 when we took the car the day before, we would only be charged for the fuel and no penalty would incur. We were actually charged 150€ for half the fuel tank of a C3 which is approximately 21 liters (7,14€/L).
I would advise to go to another car rental, as at least they might not lie to your face.

The staff were very helpful and made the whole experience quick and trouble free. Excellent.

We booked our car via Autovia collecting from Pisa airport.
Local staff were friendly and helpful and we had no issues with the car upon collection or return.
A small scratch on the car at time of collection was identified and highlighted at time of first pickup by the team assuring me that this would not be counted as a new mark upon our return.

Only negative was to do with the return confirmation when handing in the keys. The form to sign requests you either accept any identify advantages or refuse to accompany the staff member to view the car.
I told the staff member that there were no damages, so I couldn't accept, but also I was not refusing to accompany the staff member to inspect the car.
He assured me that it was just the form, but was happy to join me in looking at the car and approve that there were no issues. The staff were great but that form needs updating.

All handed over with no issues or hidden charges.

Polite efficient service

Pick up was easy, staff polite and informative, car was good and drop off good

Autovia did not appear to be a large organisation but they had a very simple and straight forward Booking In system and "Return Car" system. The price although higher than previous years was very competitive. The car was clean, fairly low mileage what damage there was was clearly shown on the documents. My only criticism is that the Desk is NOT located in the Arrivals Hall as stated in the Rental Voucher. It is in fact quite a distance away from the main terminal building within a separate building altogether. This was not clearly signposted nor was there any signs indicating where to find the Shuttle Bus.
Apart from that I cannot fault Autovia and would recommend them to others.

The operation was smooth and straightforward. Price was very good.

I received a free upgrade but there was a fair bit of damage which did worry me, but of course on reflection this should be the exact opposite. No one would know what was there or not.

I think the staff were really helpful, the car drove really well- took me a while to find how to turn off the lane control- but overall would definitely use again.
