The car was very good but make sure you take a video when you pick it up
The car was very good and I had no issues at all with the car. But when I dropped it off in Pisa there were some marks on it which were not recorded on the contract. Fortunately I had taken a full video of the car so I was able to demonstrate all of the marks were already there when I picked it up in Turin. That said it is now going to require several emails to sort this out and unblock my deposit. So very frustrating.!

We hired a seven seater car at Turin airport counter directly, price was reasonable based on other companies quotes. But good thing is the excess is zero and also deposit low. Unfortunately our car was vandalised but the company staff were so helpful they replaced our car with a nine seater one without any further charges. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Refused to give the car... Ruined our travel
We reserved a car from them through booking.com. They had written down in a hidden place that 1 hour after the delivery time they consider it as no show-up. It wasn't even written in the voucher that they gave me. I arrived there 1.5 hour after the delivery time and they refused to give me the car. Assume you go with 3 children and they refuse giving you the car that you have paid the full price for it in advance. They completely ruined our travel.
