Autovia Torino
I was picking up a Car from Autovia @ Turin Airport. Whilst I can't fault the staff at the counter (he was very quick, efficient and helpful when picking the car up), the whole process was unfortunately not as smooth.
The car was different from that I had selected (which is sometime to be expected), however the return of the car was difficult and stressful, there was no spaces in the car park - I had to circle around a number of times. Also, no Autovia staff were on hand to deal with the return inspection of the vehicle - which then leaves you worried about damage deposits being returned, etc! I had to park in a temporary parking area which charges for the tickets, but as I explained to the guy behind the counter, what other choice did I have if all of their marked bays are full?
Overall, the cost was competitive, the car was new and the pick-up process was easy... so I would use them again. However the drop-off process really needs some improvement! I would increase the number of parking bays for Autovia and make sure that staff are available and visible for hire car returns.
