The winter chains provided has been broken and can not be used. Also, very worn summer tires equipped the car!
I was forced to buy the new winter chains from an auto service in Corvara because I need them due to snow, with a promise from your Autovia representative I will be refunded.
No answer until today!!!

Excellent. Trouble free easy collection and drop off in car park at airport. Rented a Seat Ibiza which was a new model with low mileage and various driver aids e.g. speed control, automatic headlights. Very reasonable price. Unlimited mileage. No hidden extras. Fuel full to full.

The desk was easy to find at Treviso airport. The reception was very helpful and friendly. The car was located in a public car park which was conveniently located nearby. The car was in good condition and clean. I missed the opportunity to inspect car with a company employee. Also no one to explain how the car works. This one had buttons for the handbrake which I was unfamiliar with plus a few other modern attributes new to me. The car was upgraded which was a bonus having something slightly bigger. I returned car to car park and simply dropped off key at reception desk. I feel uncomfortable about this form of return as no opportunity to confirm no damage to vehicle and that fuel tank was full. Having said that everything went well and no issues. I would use this company again.

The staff in the hire offine were polite and efficient. The car clean and good condition.

However there was an issue with the car during our rental. The engine management light came on.
I had to call 6 times and wasted half a day waiting for instructions. Finally i was told as I was outside Italy and the car was drivable it must be taken back to the autovia office.
This was a 2 hour drive. What is the point of paying for international breakdown assistance it it doesn't assist outside Italy?
They expected me then to fill the car which should have been collected by a recovery vehicle.
We lost a full day of our vacation.
Not a good experience.

Service was great plus I got an upgrade for free which I found it to be very convenient, however I was given an automatic car (when I ordered a manual) and I really don't like hidden charges. I was charged Eur14 for the cleaning, a fee which was never mentioned until we were given the car. Besides I always hire a car whenever I am abroad and this was the first time I was asked to pay for this fee.

Well.. honestly my experience wasn't really the best. Collecting the car wasn't too long, but the car wasn't in good conditions either. Car engine light and tyres pressure were already on and the car wasn't clean either in or outside. When I took it back they asked me if I have been instructed to clean the car for return because there was a penalty from 20 to 50 euros to pay otherwise. The car was not dirty at all, not more than how I got it, but the guy kept pressuring me to go and clean it and I almost lost my flight to try go at the petrol station to fix something wasn't even mine. Honestly after paying 300 Eur for not even 5 days and 1000 euros deposit I felt it was really a bit much. It'd be great if you make people communicate internally and that guy at Treviso airport change his position, not a good customer service at all!

Car offered was good but in the whole theirs to far from other Car rentals companies like Europe car , Avis etc when it comes to staff ,Prices are good but Staff is to slow to work , I added to my booking a Baby car seat , so when I arrive I pretended to find it already fit in the car but nothing is fitted , also when arrive the staff tell me that I need to wait 10 minutes to go and fill car with petrol !!!! is this serious I book month before and nothing is ready with the consequence I lost time waiting at the airport . then when I return the car NO STAFF is presented at their office and I left the keys on the office bank because NO KEY BOX also not offered after check in I decide to go back to check if the staff arrived and found 1 staff their and I tell him that I left the key their , Instead of Apologies that when I came no one is their he tell me next time push the keys below the office bank so no one can steal the keys !!! Are you serious !!!!! Also I was charged EXTRA 24 euros because I left some water bottles in the car says that they need to clean the car . So if I don't left bottles their the car is not gone be cleaned for the next rent ?? I don't think so , so it's absolutely a hidden fee.

Couldn’t believe it when another car rental company came up with a new charge, A car cleaning fee! I have never given my cars back very dirty, have never paid or heard of such a fee in all my years. thanks for the innovation, it is these little annoyances that will ensure I won’t hire from you again.

Quick and easy. We got a double fuel car petrol and gas so we saved some money.

I thought I have booked a cheap car until I arrive there and they make me pay extra amounts. I booked a car for 74 euros, that I paid before arrival, and just there they asked me for a secure, more than the doble of the car price, and if I don´t want that secure I will not receive the car.
