Poor Quality - Deceptive description.
I ordered 2 items from Avern: A Genuine Henry Hoover Flexible Crevice Tool 907486 and a
Genuine Henry Hetty Airo Brush Floor Tool - Black 907424 - 601227 (AB270).
Firstly, the connector stem of the Airo Brush cracked immediately when I inserted the metal pipe, and I had to unscrew the whole thing and replace the connector with the one from my old Airo Brush.
Secondly, the 'Flexible' crevice tool, while advertised as being able to bend both left and right to almost 90 degrees, is barely flexible at all . . . just a solid length of slightly softer hard plastic.
If I were to bend it to the extent shown in the advertising images of the product, it would snap easily.
I was expecting a fully flexible tool made of softer, pliable plastic, as shown in the product description images.
I understand that it's not exactly Avern's fault that the products were faulty/not as advertised, but it made for a very disappointing shopping experience, and I expected a lot better for the price paid.

Numatic 440nx keeps breaking despite instructions followed.
Charged me for first call out within 8 weeks of purchase even when Numatic confirmed they would not charge and unit under warranty.
Unit stopped working again today. I feel like I have been scammed.
Numatic didn’t charge you. Numatic sent their engineer out. Numatic confirmed this in writing.

Slow desptach
I'm going to change what I originally wrote as olivia has been helpful, the delivery time just incredibly slow and I will say it's easy to balme the courier! However, Olivia refunded the order quickly, yet it still despatched. I think companies advertise things they dont have in stock and have minimum order levels to achieve with manufacturers, hence the delays. Would be 1 star if not for olivia's help!

Absolutely shocking service and…
Absolutely shocking service and incompetence. Promised next day delivery, then without telling me (I have had to chase everything) said it's coming the following week. Then more excuses, and it's delayed to the week after. Both orders came with Missing items that were clearly stated to be included. No offer of Goodwill, not even a proper apology. Customer service is 0 and they simply can't do their jobs. Still no solutions from them. AVOID.
