This is not a genuine company. I looked it up after not receiving the travel system I ordered on 24 November. Got 1 email to say it was being processed. Nothing else. Tried calling them number doesn't exist. When I looked them up. It said they had dissolved in 2017. Do not order from them

I ordered the Halo 3 In 1 Travel System Pram and I did not receive it. After a couple of weeks the company stopped responding to me. We have had to buy another pram set from a different company. I have received no refund from the company. Please do not buy from this seller.

Avoid this company at at all costs. I placed an order for my son whos expecting his first baby. They have delivered to the wrong address and have now disputed the refund I have requested. The very fact you can only communicate with these scammers via email should be lesson enough. Appalling service and now appalling after care. should not be in buisness.

SCAMMERS!! Mamasworld or ohsobabie not sure what they want to go by. Ordered a 3 in 1 pram in November received an email to confirm the order. Chased in January no response to emails or live chat. Checked their fb page but that had gone. Checked website and the address had changed and phone number gone. Website has now gone. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS. Luckily I have got my money back through my bank and have time to order another one. These have been reported as a fraudulent company. They also trade under a few other names such ohsobabie and mamas world, it does look like the website has been removed for mamasworld as well. Don't give these fraudsters your hard earned money. Disgraceful! Companies house showing them as still active. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

SCAM COMPANY. Ordered the 3in1 halo travel system in October 2022 through klarna. Was faulty & snapped as assembling together! I sent an email with everything they asked for , they replied that they would get in contact with their warehouse & I never heard anything since. I sent countless emails, was blocked from their ‘oh so Babie’ facebook account due to outing them that they’re baby goods direct trading under a different name. Phone number non existent. And noticed the Website being taken down. I was lucky enough to open a dispute with klarna & they have been amazing! although it took a couple of months I did finally Receive the refund for the amount I had paid which again luckily wasn’t the full amount by the time I realised I was being fleeced! The faulty item I’ve had sit in my shed since October is finally going in the bin! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Order never received. They emailed back saying the item was out of stock and I can have a refund or wait for it as a pre-order or have it swapped to something else , so I swapped it for another item then they said it was in stock and reassured it will not take a whole month to be delivered again , so then 2 months later I contacted them asking where the order is as no shipment email and they haven’t replied back. They had no intentions of sending it in the first place! Honestly just ring the bank report it and get a refund back is just my advice !

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR BANK FOR A REFUND IF YOU'VE PLACED AN ORDER. WEBSITES GET TAKEN DOWN AND THEY CREATE NEW ONES TO SCAM PEOPLE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

After reading everyone’s comments I now feel I am not alone, ordered the halo pushchair from this company November 18th with delivery 30 days, money was taken straight away, 30 days past with no communication from them I decided to email them, they did email back saying due to postal strikes and the Christmas period that these were being delayed, another email sent this week to them asking for an update but no reply so emailed them again and still no reply, then stumble on these reviews which has lead me to now contact the bank who are now chasing up my money.
I hope we all get our money back and they are caught!!!!!

Should be able to give zero stars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They will take your payment with no intention of sending goods. They don't answer emails, have no contact number so there is absolutely no way of getting in touch. First time parents or anyone after a pram on a payment plan might be tempted but do Not use them. I managed to get a refund from my bank ( wasn't a missive amount thankfully but its the principle, i hate scammers) but i feel for people who have spent hard earned money on an essential item fir there baby only to be conned. I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT USE THIS CONPANY.

Would not even give it 1 star... order pram back in December and still have not received, tried contact them and nothing! Dispute with the bank opened and luckily bank have been amazing!

Order a pram on 20th November for our new arrival. They took the money straight away but I've had absolutely no correspondence from them since. No reply to various emails, no reply on the live chat (which they have since removed this functionality from their site) and phone number is invalid. Order tracking not updated since the date the order was placed. Complete fraudsters. Now got an ongoing dispute through the bank. DO NOT USE, AVOID!!!!

Worst company ever.

Ordered a pram 27th November and haven't heard from them since that. I got the confirmation email with my order number but when I contacted them to find out what's going on with my order I got no reply also phone number is not recognized. It's been 1 month and 2 weeks, I have no pram, neither money. Very disappointed. Don't order from them it's a SCAM.

I ordered a travel system beginning of December, they took my money and iv not yet received the order. Iv sent lots of emails with no reply. They have taken down their facebook page and changed their address on their website. Please DO NOT order from these. They also trade under ohsobabie and Mamasworld LTD

Placed an order on 8th December 22 and the money came out of my bank immediately. I received a confirmation email the next day but since then all my emails have been ignored. I went onto Trust Pilot today with my suspicions and it is clear to see it is a scam website.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I ordered on my debit card, so not even sure i will get the money back.
Absolutely fuming.

Disgusting company! I ordered a pram back in November being told that I would receive it in 30 days. Emailed them more than once and nothing back. This company should be shut down. Having to try and get my bank to help me get a refund. Avoid this company like the plague!!

They are scammers, I have reported the company to cybersecurity
