I ORDERED FOR A 3-IN-1 TRAVEL SYSTEM AND THEY ARE YET TO DELIVER FOR A MONTH NOW. THERE'S BEEN NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER EVEN WHEN I TRIED REACHING OUT. MONEY WASTED!!!

Outrageous company. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I ordered a pram car seat and other bits for my little sisters first baby. I did this through Clearpay. I paid the first payment I didn’t receive any confirmation. Any updates, nothing.
The pram didn’t come. I’ve contacted the so called “company”. I’ve contacted Clearpay but all they’ve done is send me emails saying they’re sending debt collectors because I haven’t paid!!!! Yet I still haven’t received anything!! So I refuse to pay for something I haven’t had. This has been going on since September 2022 !!! It’s ridiculous!!

Like everyone else I wish I read the reviews on here. Appalling company, I don't know how they can rest easy stealing from expectant mothers. Website seemed legit, but it's only after I placed my order and the correspondence stopped that I realised it was a scam. Utterly disgusting... I then started trying to chase my order and I was never given a tracking number or proper response, or even a name of the person i was talking to. Just a lame excuse of it's not available but when it is they will provide. This never happens.. When you ask for a refund they say its not possible as order is processed within first 1-2 days, then when you ask so where is tracking they stop replying. They truly left me In a mess as I had no pushchair when my baby was born and I had to purchase a extra car seat to take my daughter home from hospital. I was left out of pocket big time, especially being close to Christmas.
I advise that anyone who has been unfortunately scammed like me to raise it with their bank to try and get your money back, with all the information I provided I was successful at this. Good luck everyone.

If I could rate minus I would, DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY it is a scam they are thieves. I ordered a pram on the 27th September, by the time it actually turned up, 2 months later ( no joke ) baby was 2 weeks old. So I had to find an alternative, thank you Amazon. I couldn’t cancel as they were stating that it would be quicker to take in delivery of the pram not to leave it with courier and send back to them, which cost me more money. I sent the pram straight away they received it back on 15th December and still I’m waiting for them to process and have a look at it. They work out of a house in Blackpool for god sake how long does it take to look at an unopened and still bound box, they are a middle man, I am sure they are committing a crime, I am on the verge of phoning the police, I have already involved the fraud team with my credit card. You have been warned DO NOT TOUCH

SCAMMMMM!!! Both 3in 1 pram on 26th of November and no answer until now! The phone number doesn’t work , they don’t reply to any email. I bought with clearpay hopefully they don’t charge the rest because I had to open dispute saying this company is a scam! I’ve noticed in government bussiness registration this company has been closed since 2017 and the address and phone number are different although they continue to scam people in another way!

I ordered a travel system on the 10th of November through clearpay so was expecting it to be a genuine site. I recieved an email saying they they had got my order and it will be fast delivery. I didn't hear anything after that so I emailed back on the 29th to ask if my order had been shipped yet they said its on a 7 to 30 day delivery so I waited till after 30 days emailed back I've had no correspondence from them I can't get through on the phone they don't answer the chat box online and clearpay are not being very helpful which you would think you would be able to get a refund with ordering through there site. My babys due anytime and I've not the money to just go out and get another pram. Please do not use baby goods direct/mamas world

Order a pram over a month ago no response till now try to contact them via email several time no reply now they change their business address from blackpool to somewhere else no phone number to contact them its a big scam don't buy anything.

Do not, and I mean DO NOT order from here. This company is a scam! Ordered my pram way over a month ago, never showed up. They will never reply to your emails requesting a refund. Please take your money elsewhere! No contact number, only way to contact them is through email HUGE RED FLAG! if I can stop one person buying from this company than I'll be happy!

I ordered on 21st October. Item arrived in the smallest box that wouldn’t fit a car seat in never mind a whole travel system. This arrived last week in November. Sent straight back for refund without opening the box. And still not received refund 21st December. Please please I beg. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MICKEY MOUSE RUN COMPANY. ITS GOT ALL THESE BAD REVIEWS FOR A GOOD REASON. I WENT THROUGH CLEARPAY SO I CAN COMPLAIN TO THEM. BUT FOR THEM WHO WENT STRAIGHT THROUGH THE COMPANY GET INTOUCH WITH YOUR BANK FOR REFUNDS!!!! I JUST SPOKE TO BANK AND THEY SAID IF I WENT STRAIGHT THROUGH THEM I COULD'VE GOT A REFUND STRAIGHT AWAY. I HOPE THIS HELPS.

Purchased a halo 3-1 pram on the 11th of November, and still not received emailed them told me due to strikes even though it never even got to shipping! I then got blocked when I asked for my money back! I’ve now reported them do NOT fall for there crap!

I hope people read before using the website ! Total scam !!!
Ordered 22 days ago still not received my tracking info then i found the reviews and started stressing - noticed all facebook comments are hidden !!
I emailed , tried to phone yesterday left a message on the voicemail, tried to phone today again and my number is blocked .
Messaged on Facebook no reply ..
i hope there’s a way for me to get my money back as 400+ Lost before Christmas and with a baby due is not ideal..

I wish I could give a lower review. This company is a complete scam. I am very grateful for the people on this website who are giving honest reviews. I ordered a pram (Louisa 3 in 1 travel system) on the 12th November. I have emailed looking for an update on many occasions and I keep receiving the same generic response “we will email our warehouse and update you” I have since been asking for a refund which they are ignoring. My baby is due in a few weeks and now I am left in a situation that is adding stress to my pregnancy. I haven’t received any product nor will they arrange a refund. We need to come together and create a group complaint for anything to improve. This is not fair and we do not deserve to go through this stress especially late in our pregnancies as I’m sure many women ordering from this site are due to give birth soon. This is illegal and it’s difficult to deal with as the company is not registered on company house. Please avoid the mistake many of us made and read these genuine reviews- I have reported this company to ACTION FRAUD UK ( 03001232040 ) & I advise you all to do the same - make a report as it will help you receive support and will prevent future victims from falling for this scam - DO NOT FALL FOR THE FAKE REVIEWS LISTED ON THE WEBISTE.

I’ve ordered halo system on 14th Nov and still have no information about the shipping , I’ve sent a few emails to them but They won’t even answer, replied just once . How you can earn money stressing out many pregnant women?! Be careful with them .

Sorry for my English…I have been made a order online from this company is passed more then 30 days now , and still I didn’t receive my order I have been trying to have my refund back but still nothing this company is doesn’t have a contact number is the biggest Scam be aware …stay away from this site ,my question is how is possible the police to let this kind of thing to happen, is need to involve on this problem, this scam…. is make lot of money from fraud and nobody is take action against this kind of scam!!! Is like government is teaching you to start this kind of business,for this reason this people is doing what is doing because is know nobody is can do something against them !!!!

SCAM SCAM AVOID, I agree with all comments here, you will never receive your order , they are using sponsored Facebook adds with fake reviews. My baby is due very soon and never received my pram ordered on 14th Nov. They will never refund your money. Bad comment on Facebook they will deleted. I wish i was reading the reviews before i did the purchase. Please report them and i am doing the same.

Absolute scam! I wish I read the reviews before placing my order. I have waited over 30 days and no response from them at all. I have received no delivery update and lost £300. Tried to contact the landline number they have provided on their website but it doesn’t ring :( my baby is due in a couple of weeks time and I am left with no pram or money. Can someone please advise what I can do to get my money back. Thank you

I ordered a pram beginning of November it stated fast track and dispatch within 48 hours. I noticed it had not had any updates so emailed for them to keep repeating it can take up to 30 days which I was aware just querying the dispatch. However it's past the date now I should of received this I emailed last week to be told they apparently are having delay in shipment due to strikes however everyone was aware of these strikes and many company's have arranged for this I have had no problems receiving other parcels. I am still awaiting email back as they stated the would contact warehouse and contact back had no reply about this until I messaged again to be told the same thing. This is absolutely appalling unfortunately I seen these reviews after I had ordered the system. Of course I had mixed feelings due to some positive however DO NOT ORDER from these. I wish I waited could of got something just as nice if not better in black Friday deals as I noticed online 4 baby had this massive bundle for not far off same price but included more. Of course still waiting for information on this pram I've even gone online to click track and it just states order unfulfilled if I click my order leads to a blank page.

If i could , I would give negative 10 stars .Horrible costumer support , they are not giving any information (only we will update you) . Im waiting 30 days to receive a baby pram and i haven't even received email that the pram is shipped . I contacted them multiple times , they pick and choice which email to answer .
They refused to cancel and refund the item they failed to deliver . Please avoid ordering with this company if you don't want headache and stress .

Stay away from this company!!! They will steal your money. I have been waiting for a refund since 7th November. I sent them multiple emails and always get the same reply. I wish I saw these reviews here before I made my order. It is just horrible, they took my money before Christmas and now I am struggling because I had to buy a pram from somewhere else. Also, they are deleting comments on Facebook when someone says the truth about them. I will report them to Trading Standards and Ombudsman and praying to get my money back so I can afford Christmas.
I will change my review if I get my refund.
