I ordered a travel system on 15th November, I've emailed twuce and left a message on voice mail but no response. Nothing to say it's dispatched or tracking number. It said fast free delivery, baby due in January so I'm not happy.

Placed my order just over a month ago now, paid for the pram and havent even recieved my tracking number yet. I have emailed about ten times over the past couple weeks and every reply I get says will check with the warehouse or there is postal strikes just now. No other company takes this long to post an item. Feeling scammed.

Bought a travel set on the 11th of November and still have yet to receive a tracking number. Have emailed them several times only to be told that they will get in touch with the warehouse then get back to me and that’s the only thing they have been saying. At this point I have asked for a refund and still waiting on a reply. I’m due soon and this is the worst experience I’ve had with a company. Never again!

Update on my delivery, not only have I waited nearly 45 days, I now have to pay custom charges in order to get my pram which was meant to be free fast delivery. Absolutely ridiculous. Please read reviews before you order anything from this company. I will never order from them again. Appealing customer care. If I could put zero stars I would.

I received the Halo 3 in 1 pram today, in blue. The pram itself is gorgeous and was easy to put together, it is lightweight and is easy and smooth to manouvre.
Had the pram arrived within the expected delivery time, I would have given 5 stars. Communication was also very good and all my emails were replied to either the same day or the next. I only gave 3 stars due to it taking 42 days to arrive, the first 30+ days we spent emailing back and forth and being told every time that I would receive my tracking information 'tomorrow', this happened about 4 times. Finally I received the tracking information which stated it was coming from Germany! We then received it a week later.
Since writing this review, the company has now ceased trading and the pram has broken one month after using. No way to claim money back.

This company is absolutely disgusting, my daughter bought a travel system off them before her due date so she had everything ready for the arrival, a month later the baby arrived 🥰 but on the second time of use the cable snapped in the handle and she was stuck as only has a small car and the travel system wouldn’t collapse!!
Anyway she contacted them and the said she would have to return it at her cost for them to take a look at it , she told them the box had been thrown away and she would like a refund to buy a better quality travel system but the said they couldn’t refund because it was outside the 14 days , she has rote a review on there website for them to reply it’s a fake review!! Anyway until this matter is resolved I will do everything in my power to discredit this company my word of mouth and on social media

Avoid this company at all costs!!

I ordered a pram and car seat from this company and was promised fast and free delivery. When it hadn’t arrived almost two weeks later I contacted them to be told it is between 7-30 days dispatch time!!! No where does it state that when you order. Almost a month has expired now and still nothing. I have chased up and been told it’s left the warehouse and that I’d get my tracking number today, I’m still waiting!!

My baby is due next week and I don’t even have a car seat to bring him home in. I’ve tried warning people on social media about their lies but they just delete your comments and ban you from commenting.

Please stay away from them!

I received my order (pram) in good condition, it is worth waiting for. I love the quality.

I placed my order on 16th October 2022. Its 17th November 2022 today and I am still waiting for my item to be received. Upon contacting them they mentioned you will receive it in a few days on multiple occasions but still not delivered yet. Please stay away from them and do not buy anything from them. I wish I could post pictures of my communication with them. If you need any more info then please contact me privately on salmaan_mans_rules@ yahoo . Com and will provide you with the whole conversation. They just want money from you and will disappear. I tried contacting Klarna as well but Klarna can't help in this case as the payment was made using Klarna.

So please stay away from this company.

I received a faulty item, was asked to return and the company are claiming they’re not liable for postage. I am also missing an item (been over a month) and they’re refusing to refund. Scammers! I will be reporting them to trading standards. I wish I could upload photos.

I am absolutely in love with my pram , I ordered my pram and it came 3 weeks later. I was so worried about my pram coming after seeing some of the reviews it being broken or not in good condition but it is perfect. Will definitely order again

Took a little bit of time for the pram to come but overall a great buy, very sturdy and the exact colour in the picture. I was slightly confused about the bassinet but it’s extremely ideal as it converts to either lay down or sit up for baby. Very happy with my purchase and the company made sure to always respond to my emails throughout to reassure and explain my item to me. Thanks so much.

Absolutely shocking company to deal with. We received a pushchair with a bent wheel in June 22. The company was sent a video of the wheel within two days and agreed to replace. On two occasions they confirmed that new wheel would be dispatched. We chased again and they asked us to send the damaged wheel via tracked delivery before they would dispatch. Still claiming that they had a wheel ready for dispatch. They then did not collect the tracked delivery as they were not in when the delivery was made.
Asked for a refund at this point- 4.5 months after the item was delivered and baby had now arrived.
Was told that they had a right to replace a faulty item and would order a replacement wheel???? !!!!!Whose rights have been neglected here?? Not theirs!
The baby will be walking before we have a working pram. Shameful and disgraceful company.
Strongly recommend no one to order from them unless you have money to throw away.

Absolutely awful company stay well away from them complete scammers. Order has never shown up and now they are completely ignoring all emails and messages sent to them regarding my order. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Well Dear babygoodsdirect team, who is scamming people and then tell to the same costumers they are liars, well done👏🏽. I hope the answer to my prior comment is a joke like your whole entire company.

Number 1: I have never received any refund from you and believe me, I would know if I would have received it as we are not talking about 10 pounds here. I can prove that I never received this money. My question to you is can you prove you have transferred that money back to my card? if yes please send me the bank proof by email. ( by the way I have been promised an email once refunded… well I am still waiting so please send me that email too.)

Number 2: then if you have the khaki Bella leather in stock why the hell did you not send it to me?!!!! Your team contacted me on the 7th of October at 13.04 to tell me they have only in white and grey which is absolutely not the colour I want. Then asked me to buy instead another type of prams that I don’t want either. At not point your email was offering a refund. I had to send an email saying that I don’t want any of what I didn’t order I just want the prams I order or a refund.

Number 3: Only 2 colours out of 8 is available and you think it is fine to act like the whole range is available?without telling your costumers which colours are not available?! And if I go right now on your website, it’s still showing as available and in sales but funny enough on you Facebook shop page it is so old out. You tell me?!

Fab pram very happy also bought a matching sleeping bag. Cant wait for my baby to be here now

My pram arrived saturday and im very happy, Delivered within the timeframe and the quality is superb.

ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE EVER. Placed an Order at full price 2 months ago and it never shipped. Three weeks ago I saw there was a sale, so I placed a new order and canceled the older one. The new order is supposed to arrive in 10 days, but it hasn't been shipped yet. When reaching out to the merchant, they informed me they can't ship that item and tried to upsell a completely different item 3x the price. UNBELIEVABLE. I've been waiting 1.5 months for the item I purchased, and now they canceled my order claiming, "I don't want it shipped." WHAT THE.... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT. Their sales are a scam and their service is non-existent. After waiting forever for your order, they'll try to push you into buying more expensive things or will cancel it. RUN.
