Received my pram today and im over the moon with the quality. I feel i needed to leave this review as there are a few negative ones regarding tracking. I placed my order on 1st october and received an email confirmation for my order then a second email with tracking. I think this is where the confusion is coming in. My princess will love this pram and i definitely recommend x

I have ordered the luxury 4 in 1 Amelia travel system set with a rain cover set. I have been charged £320, I received an email to confirm the order on 07/10/22 and I have tried chasing this up. They asked for the order number, when sending this they informed me that the tracking information will be provided when products have been dispatched. Today is 17/10/22 I am still waiting for my pram and I have been scammed. No information has been sent to me and money has been taken. Please refrain from ordering from this site.

I have ordered a push chair no confirmation email no tracking number, I emailed them no reply, it looks no good so far I will contact the bank to get my money back

My baby is coming earlier than expected, they got my order to me quicker and kept me informed.

ORDERED THE LUXURY ARIA 4in 1 travel system from this company and when ordering it we stated that we was buyingit as a gifrt ror the birthof our first greatgrand child and wanted it to go through with out any problems . the company assured us that it would be all good .and true to there word all went through and we recieved the pram as promised in plenty of tom before the birth. i would like to thank them for there care in seeing to our purchaseand giving use a great bying experience

Ordered the halo pram on 16th September, the fast tracked delivery was the main reason I ordered. Have emailed countless times for dispatching update to be told 30 delivery window which is definitely not fast delivery. Last email I received was Thursday where they said that dispatch would be either that day or Friday and still no dispatch update or tracking details. Cannot afford to buy a replacement just want what I ordered.

So far so good! Ordered a few weeks ago and was worried about delivery as my tracking showed it was in Italy. I emailed the company for an update and had a reply the same day. Within the next 3 days it was delivered to me. No damages. No issues. Put together very easily. I’ve read so many negative reviews so I’m still a little sceptical as I’ve not used it properly yet but I cannot complain about it at all right now.

Ordered The Luxury Aria 4 In 1 Travel System With Car Seat in grey on 26th August 2022. After I placed my order got confirmation (paid by card in full) but no date on expected delivery just stated fast delivery. Read a the reviews on here and got a bit worried. So waited a few days then contacted baby goods via email on 30th August for update on delivery. They got back to me on the same day advised would get email confirmation when product was on the way with tracking and that expected delivery was 7-30days. My delivery date (for the baby) was brought forward so emailed again 3rd September for more specific dates as was worried product would not come in time. Received a response the next day that product would come by my needed date 9th Sept. Emailed again on 7th Sept (after2200hrs) to confirm that it would come on 8th Sept as needed it for the 9th Sept, again recieved confirmation it would be delivered today (8th Sept). It was delivered however I was not sent an email to say it had been diapatched or was out for delivery. But was just glad that it came in time. I've only taken out the car seat as thats all I'm going to need for now. So cannot comment on the rest but it looks good. Material feels good too. Cannot wait for my baby to arrive now. This company was called mamas world. Their reviews on trust pilot where awful. Customer after customer ripped off , they have recently changed their name to Baby goods direct.
The pram I purchased from them cost £499 and came in packaging that was horrendous and damaged. I contacted them upset and they did not care. They refused to collect the pram or give me a refund. The pram has a faulty wheel which continually pops off whilst my baby is being pushed in the pram. This company does not care about the safe of your child…. Be Warned DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Scammers!!!!

I placed an order 2-3 weeks ago but haven't received the item.
They sent me a tracking number which is not working (I have tried multiple times) and they told me they had delivered the order but after a few emails, they said they would send the correct courier information but never sent it. Someone called me from this company and offered a refund and he is going to solve this issue personally but never heard back from him.
I never asked for a refund - I asked for the item's whereabouts.
please don't call me to remove this review. I won't remove it until I receive my item.
