SCAM BULLSHITTTING SCAM ARTISTS. ORDERED FOR MY BROTHER & HIS GIRLFRIEND THE HALO 3 in 1 ON 23rd NOVEMBER HAVENT HEARD A THING SENT PLENTY OF EMAILS AND NOT ONE REPLY !!!!!! QUICK TO TAKE THE MONEY HOPING MY BANK CAN FIX THIS!!

Not even worth the 1 star. I ordered the halo 3in 1 pram for my daughter on the 13th dec 2022, haven’t heard anything from them just an email after they took the money straight away from my bank,it said order is awaiting fulfilment.I have emailed them about my order and where is it, NO reply. Absolutely disguisting. I’m having to go through fraud on my bank now. Please guys DO NOT ORDER from them. And when my daughter has been on the website today it’s not there.

Ordered a pram in August and sent it back straight away because the quality was awful and it was flimsy. After I sent it back I emailed them so many times asking about my refund and they kept delaying me and telling me I would have it within a week etc. I still haven’t received an email back now and they’re ignoring me and I still haven’t got my money

1 star is too much for these scamming criminals. Returned my pram on Nov and still waiting for a refund now will be contacting my bank.

ordered a pram from here on 2nd dec never received a tracking number or any response from chat or e mails.my money was taken from account the same day,tried phoning but there was no such number either .This site is a total SCAM do not buy from here

SCAM SCAM SCAM. nothing arrived and my experience same as everyone else here. BEWARE they have changed their address on the website to one in Chelmsford, Essex. I actually work 1 minute from that address. I rang the letting agent who had not heard of them but had received several calls like mine enquiring about them. I'm now pursuing refund from my credit card company.

No even worthy of one star. So wish I read the reviews first. I placed my order start of November and still yet to receive order. I have made contact with my bank and they are helping me. I received a lovely email back on my first email stating delays are due to postal strikes the same as others. Since then I have sent 10 emails and they have ignored every single one. If this can stop one person ordering then I'll be relieved. Especially as people are expecting children. Disgusting customer service and company.

Order the 3 in 1 halo on the 9/11/22 haven't received anything we are told its in a fulfilment centre awaiting delivery, do not buy anything from this site. SCAM SCAM SCAM

I received the pram and returned it just on the day it was delivered as agreed with this company. Its been 3 months and i have not gotten my refund despite sending several emails. I have reported on action fraud uk. Do well to report too. ACTION FRAUD UK 03001232040

Ordered the Halo 3in1 travel system on 13 November for our son and daughter-in-law’s impending arrival. We still haven’t received the pram. We have sent several emails but only received a reply to the first one.

Have tried several times to contact them with no success. Will now have to try and get a refund through clear pay.

So after visiting the address in Chelmsford myself for my cousin who was suppose to receive her pram on the 18th December 2022 because I live 5 minutes around the corner I entered 2 separate buildings- the 1st was number 35 who very kindly checked company house for
Me and we realised there was an issue brewing. I then went next door where then company was actually suppose to be (number 33) and the lady who’s dad actually owns the building clarified that there is no such company at this address although they are now receiving post (as they’ve registered the address on company house)
It gutting that these scum bags get away with stuff like this 😫

Ordered something on the 2nd of December and i never received a tracking email. Live chatted many times and got no help. I later went on to Dani Dyer’s instagram and saw that Dani doesn’t promote Baby Good’s Direct she actually promotes MyBabiie instead. They have stolen pictures off of MyBabiie and uploaded them onto Baby Good’s Direct. This website is a total scam, how it’s verified i do not know. DO NOT ORDER.

Awful service, pram was delivered however it was over a month late! returned the pram but just like all the other reviews say, no response, no refund, no sign of this despicable company resolving any issue. They are awful and have no customer service operators, they have changed their business address in the last few weeks and no longer have a phone number. IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY -100 STARS I WOULD. I am now taking action with my bank and will go further if necessary. PLEASE DO NOT USE.

SCAM. Ordered the Halo pram ready for my first born child on 25/11/22. Still no pram. Started to get suspicious then stumbled across these reviews. This website needs reporting and shutting down. Had to dispute it through clear pay who are now investigating so hopefully a full refund will be given soon. DO NOT ORDER.

Wish I read this first!!!, bought a travel system, mine actually turned up unlike others I've read here, it was cheaply made and didn't have the label stateing it complied with british standards, an obvious send BACK!!, they recieved the pram, only contact I ever had back has been "ill talk to the warehouse crap" been months with no pram and no money, my 4th child is due in April!, so they've set me right back with preparations, conning people is one thing, but putting infants safety at risk and preying on working class families trying to get a deal on child costs, despicable people need shooting in my eyes, don't fall in the trap of they're beautiful website, they're making these things in sweatshops in some 3rd world country!!!!

Pretty much seems like a scam site!! Ordered a 3 in 1 travel system on the 13 of November and it’s been 7 weeks to which I have not received my order! Ridiculous! I waited the 30 days for delivery and emailed for an update after to which I was told it still haven’t leave the warehouse then I was told staff shortages and the postal strike which was understandable then I emailed again to which I was told I’d receive my tracking info the following week, it now has been 3 weeks to which this company stopped replying to my emails! Frustrating!! I came to the site and seen so many recent reviews about being scammed to which I then stopped payments and made a dispute with my bank and within minutes I got my money back! STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

Ordered two baby sleeping bags on the 10th of November .when I contacted them a couple weeks after not receiving the product, was told they take up to 30 days to deliver! When contacting them after the 30 days asking for a refund they said they would contact the warehouse and be back in touch I have sent several emails since requesting a refund again I have been ignored by the company! Absolute SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Complete scam- never received pram, constant emails, chats, Facebook messages no response, finally after a month I contacted my bank who issued me a refund. Wish I read trust pilot reviews first

Absolutely horrific experience with this company, it’s a SCAM, please steer clear!
There are fake reviews on the direct website which makes you believe it’s genuine, but when you order you get one confirmation email of the order being processed then nothing else after that. There’s no way to contact them other than via email and they keep telling you with extending dates it will arrive and never does arrive until you eventually realise you’ve been scammed.
It’s sickening how they’re taking advantage of vulnerable women!
Facebook page has negative reviews deleted too so you it looks like they’re legitimate.
