Ordered 2 x baby gate spacers on 12th December - sent chaser email on 20th - no reply - decided to ring on 22nd only to be told the items weren’t in stock and that they apologise for not getting back to me as they are very busy - don’t appreciate this type of ‘customer service’ - if I hadn’t chased I’d still be waiting in vain! Disgusting customer service! Won’t be using again!

Paid extra for delivery so that it would come today but nothing. Messaged on facebook and live chat but both got left on read without a reply. Now messages send but don't deliver.

Edit: Recieved product a day late. Got a response from company but only after I commented pubically and the person was snotty and sarcastic in the responses. Do not recommend this company.

Firstly many thanks to Kathryn around 5pm on the 7th of December. I wanted to try and track my delivery as it was a gift for my neighbour. Kathryn quickly found the tracking for me, and did the tracking for me and reassured me that the package had been delivered 9.24 this morning.
Kathryn remained calm and professional and also said that she knew my neighbour would be reassured with the mattress alarm.
This is the kind of service and level of professionalism that will certainly see me coming back to Babysecurity if I ever have the need to buy any other products to keep friends or families babies safe
The website is very user friendly, the prices are reflective to the level of safety or type of safety that you need, and I was lucky to have the exact item I wanted on sale!!!!
So all in all I will be coming back and I will be recommending this company to my friends and family too.
