Very friendly and will help with any problems quickly. Conference is well worth going to. A good place to keep up to date, get CPD and make new friends. I always feel welcome.

The staff are always so friendly
The staff are always so friendly, welcoming and helpful.
They go to great effort to ensure everything runs smoothly.
I have been to a few conferences and come back buzzing with enthusiasm for my job. I get a lot out of their programs.
