Disgraceful company
Disgraceful company. I was issued a fine even though I had entered my registration details and bought a ticket (sadly which I disposed of when I returned home again) and displayed it in my car window. I have repeatedly emailed them asking them to check cctv (which I am aware there is) but nobody returns emails. You cannot speak to anyone by phone either. Dreadful company to deal with with appalling communication. Avoid parking on Bank Car parks !
Greedy robbers
Disgusting. My car broke down from hitting a pothole on a road near to the carpark. I have dashcam footage of everything and my hazards were on throughout the whole time. I was on the car park 11:55-12:07 so they have fined me £100 for staying for 12 minutes. I was putting my car in a safe space, trying to figure out the damages the pot hole had done to my car. Disgusting company. Have appealed. Wont be paying the fine 👍

Unfair Penalty at Bank Parking in Sheffield
I received a penalty for parking my fuel vehicle in an unmarked charging bay managed by Bank Parking in Sheffield. The bay was not reserved for electric vehicles only, and there were no clear signs indicating that it was a charging bay. I urge Bank Parking to withdraw similar penalties and improve their signage to avoid similar incidents in the future. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience and would caution other drivers to be wary of their policies and practices.
Shocking company and DO NOT USE
Absolute disgrace of a company. Just received a letter saying I owe £100 after multiple attempts to get hold of me, there were no attempts and now they stating I can’t appeal. I parked for 15min while waiting for someone. Shocking company who should be ashamed of themselves. Crooks
No response to multiple Appeals
I paid for parking and got a ticket, however all the buttons on the keypad of the machine were blank and rubbed off, so I ended up putting the incorrect reg in.
I appealed it, with a photo of my car parking ticket I had paid for, 1st appeal no reply. I got another letter from them saying the cost has gone up to £100 from £60.
I appealed again..
No response and now I have a letter from the Bailiffs saying that I owe £160 due to no payment of the intitial fine.
I called the bailiffs and they said now it has come to them, there is no way they can pass it back.
From the reviews I have read it looks like this company is completely untrustworthy and just rob people.
Parked less than an hour
Parked less than an hour. I didn't have any cash on me to pay the 50p therefore I paid via card which came to 57p (7p surcharge for paying online). Few weeks later I received a fine for not paying. I provided evidence of this and they asked for proof of bank statement which I sent immediately. Few weeks later I received a further email from them saying this was not proof and they required a receipt (despite them being the ones asking for bank statement) I explained as had it had been a few months ago, I no longer had a receipt.
No response until I received a court letter.
I replied to this with all my proof of payment and no response from them either.
I've now had another letter saying I need to pay £282.28 or bailiffs will be coming round.
I have responded again with all my evidence of paying my parking ticket.

Parked up for an hour
Parked up for an hour, while in the vehicle talking to my friend and her child, outside the accommodation where bank park cover. I didn't know I was not suppose to sit and talk in an open environment. The pictures they sent as evidence, the lower half of the vehicle, cutting us sitting inside, cropped pictures. Weak minded individuals are employed by these thieves.

AVOID this company at all costs. They send out fine letters late. Parking date was 9th December received letter 17th December. I appealed as I had paid to park, unfortunately had no proof. Appeal emails totally ignored. This apparently is usual for this company. We are both pensioners and £100 us a lot for us, we should have been able to pay £60 as Appeal was in time, but totally ignored. What a bunch of cowboys.
Rubbish service
Hmmmm I won't say what I really think of you on here..paid to park have proof of payment yet still get fined and I'm not the only one being done by you either, hardly parking with a smile is it Bank Park!?!

Vile company, issued a £100 fine for “Failure to claim FREE parking session” Pitch black unable to see signs, was issued a fine for not getting a ticket for the FREE parking. Empty car park, wasn't causing any issues for anyone. I just didn’t get a ticket from the machine. Got the letter 17 days later. Desperate money grabbing scammers. Website given on the letter came up with a scam warning and then page not found. Read other reviews and no point appealing as they don’t reply and just escalate the fine higher. Perfect to get just before Christmas when I’ve got no money and no more time to pay as the letter took so long to arrive.
Totally shocking experience
Totally shocking experience. I went out in the evening to Redditch to watch a show. Paid for parking and apparently didn’t pay enough for the parking . I don’t believe the company are correct as they are claiming we arrived at 7.30 and yet we arrived at 8.30 and so I believe we paid the correct amount. Although not happy to receive a grossly unfair fine, I have just tried to pay £60 only to be told it’s £100. I have only just received the letter and yet it’s dated 22nd November. How on earth are companies like this allowed to operate? Do we not have any rights at all. This should not be allowed. Dreadful company. Shouldn’t be allowed to operate. I have complained to the council as this should not be allowed to happen.
Intimidation
I too have received correspondence from Bank Park Management in Sheffield, initially claiming that I had not paid for parking and subsequently after I submitted a letter from my bank proving that I'd paid by debit card, contactlessly, a letter asking for an admin charge of £15 to cover the cost of them issuing a PCN. They claimed I had entered one or more of the digits from my reg no incorrectly but provided no proof of this. I haven't paid them the £15. Tried to appeal via the IAS but the PCN number was not recognised as being valid ! Communication with Bank Park is all but impossible. No human available on their phone line and emails go unanswered. But I have received several letters since then from their bailiffs and now their solicitors with the threat of court action. The charge is up to £160. Rang the solicitors today but they say they can't discuss the merits of my case. Has anyone gone further than this and been taken to court and if so, what is your story and did you win ?

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst company ever issuing illegal parking tickets and allowed to get away with it. I will be reporting them to trading standards, financial ombudsman and the government website as this company should be banned from operating.

Received a fine for forgetting to get a ticket for FREE parking. It's an automatic system with cameras - if they know that I was within the 30 minutes of free parking based on my entry and exit, why issue a fine for not collecting a ticket? They know I didn't stay longer than 30 mins! Outrageous profiteering, would recommend that everyone stays away from their car parks if at all possible, we should not be putting money in these people's pockets. Will be making as many people aware of this as possible.

I bought a car from Cambridge on the 17th of September, got it home at 2pm then went off to work in Ipswich. Just been issued a fine with pictures saying I was in dudley at 4.23! Impossible! These guys make up their own rules, bunch of cowboys who I will not be entertaining. Do not pay them if you feel its incorrect. They should be shut down! I will be taking this further.
My initial parking charge as changed weeks later VERY WIERD
I used this car park back in June,parked up and paid the fee which was 60p,I stupidly put £1 in and got ripped off with no change 40p down already.I typed my registration in and received my ticket then headed back to the car and as always placed the ticket in clear view on the dashboard job done or so I thought.to my disbelief 3 weeks later I received a letter from bank park stating that I owed them £100 for not paying for my ticket,strange that I did this with my partner stood next to me and my daughter too who all witnessed me paying at the machine and correctly typing in my registration ive always checked my reg before printing the ticket just in case.if I pay in 14 days they'll reduce it to £60 giving me a discount of £40 on something I've already paid for. Ruthless Sheffield Cowboy company
Parked at the Quadrant car park Redditch. Pay machine did not work person before me had problems! As a hot day and i am a pensioner i went to get some water. Only parked up for 13 minutes.
Had a PCN through, a threatening letter requesting £60 if not paid within 14 days, would go to £100 then court action would follow!
Contacted Redditch Borough Council and the next step will be trading standards and Which.
Spoke to Ashley M.D who will text back and i appealed a total waste of time!
Ashley owns other companies and can act sympathetic but could not care!
They are a ruthless Sheffield company!!!
Another review stated that they ignore the £60 and illegally claim you have not paid and will go for more...
If I hear again from this company the police will be informed and solicitors!
Terrible company......
Absolutely awful company
Absolutely awful company. After paying via my bank due to having no change, I received a fine through saying I had parked without paying.
Thankfully I had paid by bank so I sent evidence and thought that would be it.
I was then asked to send a copy of my bank statement or a copy of the receipt.
As I no longer had a receipt as it had been a while, I sent a copy of my full bank statement and the time/date I had parked and paid for the parking.
They replied back to say this was insufficient evidence.
I responded that this was the evidence they asked for and as I had successfully proven I owned the car, the bank statement and had evidence of the 57p parking being paid (50p parking plus 7p fee for paying by card online) I did not wish to receive any further correspondence.
I have continued to receive letters (Bearing in mind I parked here in November 2021!) And today I have received a letter from County Court.
AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I refuse to pay this. I have received parking fines from places before accidently and have always ensured these were paid however I have no reason to be fined and I have actual proof of my purchase!
