Steer clear of Barnyarns- nothing arrived
I ordered from them on eBay - no tracking- nothing arrived- ignore emails- pathetic excuses like'its been left with a neighbour, returned to the post office, left in a safe place or just LOST in the post.
Rude uncommunicative and I would suggest never even posted. Had a refund

Good Morning Tessie, I am so sorry to hear about your recent experience with Barnyarns on eBay. A tracking number with Royal Mail is automatically generated on dispatch of your parcel. On a standard delivery service - the parcel is only scanned once it leaves our building & arrives with you, hence why you are unable to access 'tracking' during its transit.
Great support and advice
Despite the covid19 lockdown their support have been great and they even helped shipping before the due date to arrive for a birthday, really helpful support and great in giving advice
