Great black Friday price and very fast delivery awesome machine and learning. Only bad thing was the voucher did not receive and had to call a few times, eventually got the voucher. Used the voucher and got reply e-mail. Nothing about a delivery nearly a month called up and some how got lost in transition. Happy today got e-mail it will be coming on Monday. Now I am happy customer.

Bought the Pfaff 720 for an excellent price on Black Friday weekend which included Barnyarns vouchers. Went to Barnyarns to try first and Callum went through all aspects of the machine (very knowledgeable about the different Pfaffs etc).

Been wanting a Pfaff sewing machine forever, however, due to the price I have usually gone for singer and brother machines but now I've reached the fine old age of 60 I decided to treat myself. This was the best price and included the extension table for free, could not be beaten Easy to order and very fast delivery.

I’ve been thinking about getting a Pfaff Expression 710 for a while and they had a Black Friday offer that I couldn’t resist. Machine delivered quickly and in perfect condition. It also came with a £100 voucher offer too. I can’t think of any negatives about Barnyarns at all!

They have a comprehensive supply of sewing related products and I have purchased large items, Pfaff machines, down to single reels of thread. As usual, the service from Barnyarns was excellent. Their Rewards system make it worthwhile even though some of their prices on the haberdashery tend to be slightly higher than other places. Overall, I feel I come out on top!
The machine I ordered wasn't in stock (I knew that before I ordered) and the price changed for Black Friday before I received it but Barnyarns were more than fair about this by refunding the difference in vouchers even though it was still cheaper than
elsewhere. As a Bonus, the machine turned up faster than the original delivery date.

I bought a Pfaff sewing machine a few months ago. I found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Service was excellent.

After purchasing a beautiful Pfaff Sewing Machine from the website, I received a phone call within a day or two.

Letting me know when it would arrive, that the extension table would be sent separately when they had replenished their stock and to let them know if I had any questions.

I was very impressed that they took the time to call me and have enjoyed shopping again and again from Barnyarns.

They have an excellent stock of quality items and there is always someone to help when needed.

Ordered a lot of Madera threads as a surprise for my wife. Called initially to confirm suitability for her machine and ordered. DPD next day delivery was cancelled but one telephone call to Ellie sorted the problem quickly, efficiently and I am sure she had a smile as well. It is so good to deal with a company with such great customer support. Most companies run support as a necessary evil but Ellie was superb. Keep up this great service, it is much appreciated.

I had misspelt my post code and the lovely lady on customer service raced to the warehouse to make sure my own personal error was amended! I received my items in quick time with no problems! 5 stars from me and a big thankyou to the barnyarns customer service team!:)

Always quick to respond to any queries I have, everything I’ve ordered in the past has been top quality and has arrived quickly. Great overall service.

I ordered from them on eBay at the start of December. The tracking number was untraceable in the Royal Mail website and supposedly the package arrived 1 month after the despatch however not at my address as I received nothing. Neither eBay nor PayPal refunded me for the purchase I never received. Awful customer service. Be warned as they never responded to my emails on eBay asking where the item is. Unluckily for me eBay took their side despite many similar reviews of customers not receiving their package.
