Loving our Batch coffee…. so much so we took it on holiday to Cephalonia!
Subscription was initially a present from our son and daughter in law in Australia. We have subsequently continued the subscription and always look forward to our deliveries. Excellent communication and service from Tom and the team at Batch coffee.

Really good coffee beans and great communication with me and has followed up since the delivery arrived, overall a great standard of care for the customer and a GREAT product for the customer.

First batch arrived, and first coffee tasted " lost sheep" sublime!
Will be trying to order that again.

Box the coffee arrives in is stylish with tasting card and brew advice helpful ( I use aeropress), and I tried their timings suggested which worked well.

The coffee has far more nuance than my supermarket whole beans. Roast date couldn't get fresher.

Ordered on the 10th December for a Christmas present and was told it would be dispatched on the 20th December. It is now the 27th December and I have still not received the coffee beans. Waste of money for a Christmas present that has been ruined!

Absolutely amazing coffee. Genuinely some of the best I have ever had. Had to wait for the batch to be ready but it was honestly worth it.

Have had some really great coffee from the company, but their customer support is the worst I've experienced yet.
A small rock in one of their coffee bags made it into my grinder and caused damage to the burr.
Notified the company through the contact form on their website. No reply in two weeks.
I can't continue to support a company that won't support loyal customers.

Despite one exceptional and two very good coffees, none of the coffees were any better or any worse that you could buy from any coffee shop. A few things in particular are worth nothing. The coffees are 200g, so you get less. There seems to be a focus on Brazilian coffees (which tend to be cheaper to buy). Delivery is not free, fair enough given the more regular frequency of delivery and the cost of fuel, but do keep in mind that most online places will offer you free delivery for very similar order value. Equally, the terrible Evri is used so it's pot luck whether it turns up in a week or delivered to the neighbouring street. It's not 25% off, but 25% the first installment -- the website doesn't make that entirely explicit. The info that accompanies the coffees is quite lengthy and focuses on the grower more than the coffee itself (I guess it's more objective) but given the standard of coffees on offer here, this service seems more geared to people who dabble in coffee rather than the enthusiasts.

Best the coffees are fantastic.

The Gold Box El Mirador has a fermented quality to it with notes of Irish Cream.

The Symposium North Kivu has a dark chocolate with raspberry flavour.

Both incredible.

Signed up for a recurring subscription after recently getting into coffee, the bags that arrived were both lovely flavours and just what I was after! Will be getting quite the coffee collection after a few months I’m sure!

Excellent coffee and delivery always on thursday

Loving it so far, some really tasty varieties in there.

My only very diva issue is that the roast date is a bit older than some other subscription services.

But honestly that's minor as it tastes fantastic.

Delivered promptly, and first tastings are excellent.

Sent as a gift. Arrived on time and was well received!

Happy with the product but been advised to go decaf which the guys at Batch don’t do in beans. Tom was really helpful and apologetic and cancelled the subscription within minutes of being asked. Top service.
