I am yet another victim of Bedroomworld. I ordered a Jay-be J bed for £209.99 - a bit more than Amazon but website said it was in stock and could be delivered promptly. When it was delivered a week later it turned out to be the wrong product, the packaging was opened and there were some loose broken parts in the box. Told BW all this next day, they said they would arrange prompt collection then issue refund when returned, still waiting over a week later. I've tried phoning customer services three times, first call 23 mins until answered, second call 42 mins and third call I opted for 1 - sales = 5 mins and they said manager would call back. Someone did call but could not take call so they left email claiming that couriers have called for collection 3 times. We've checked our CCTV, no cards have been left and no texts/emails/calls from couriers so they definitely have not been anywhere near our address.
I am now going to claim back from my credit card provider.
Trustpilot should vet the companies they allow to use their logo with star rating especially when it contravenes Trading Standards and advertising Standards. I will not take Trustpilot seriously in future.

This is the worst company, delivery and customer service I have ever experienced. And They have the cheek to falsely claim on their website "four stars" on Trustpilot! Only half my bed was delivered, the remainder still hasnt turned up two weeks later with no explanation. The boxes that did arrive were damaged and looked as if they had already been opened and hastily resealed with sellotape which was peeling off. The company is almost impossible to contact by phone. I emailed them and used their website contact form to report the missing and damaged goods with absolutely no response. I emailed Bedroomworld, Worldstores,and Dunelm (as they all seem to be the same company) and reply emails from each stated they are "very busy and will get back to you within 72 hours". This isn't any good if you have arranged Saturday delivery in order to build the bed on your days off and have little boy who needs a new bed to sleep in. I paid £19.99 for Saturday delivery despite the false claim they do not charge extra for delivering on Saturdays. The delivery guy was surly and sarcastic when I asked why he was delivering only half of my order on the specified day. Eventually Dunelm responded and told Bedroomworld to get in touch with me. I asked for them to collect the bed and refund me in full. By the time they will have arranged to pick up the bed and then 5-7 days to process the refund, they will have had my money for three weeks. I'm not holding my breath though and will possib have to take further action. I've had to buy another bed from an excellent online U.K. Bed company and will never buy from Worldstores or even Dunelm again.

Very bad services.... I order my items on 05.09.2017 and I didn't receive the items.... I payd £20 for delivery.... no messages, no answer to the phone and mail.... don't buy from this company....I will open a case for get my money back.... disappointed ... what a shame...

Disgraceful service. Paid and extra £20 for next day delivery and 2 days later the bed still isn't here. I have emailed twice and had no response and also been on the phone for half and hour before I gave up being on hold. This is disgusting service. I hope bedroom world see this, as currently they are commuting fraud by not providing the product and service I have paid for. They will be able to see my emails and missed calls as well as this review. If I am not responded to appropriately I will take the necessary action to retrieve my money and report them to trading standards and watchdog! I doubt they will receive much trade after that!

This company are an absolute joke
Moved into new property 1st September and still no beds to sleep on,
Have taken 2 days unpaid leave to be in for late notified deliveries during the week as original orders incomplete, waited in all day today Saturday only to be contacted by the delivery driver at ten past four to tell me no beds on the vehicle but will collect the items to go back, that's another story, if not resolved on Monday am taking another course of action to claim loss of earnings and large compensation with interest, I hope someone at a higher level in their marketing department is reading their reviews and will take the time to contact me which I very much doubt based on experience so far.
I would sooner pull all my teeth out with a rusty pair of pliers than either order from this company again or recommend them to family and friends.

Please do not order from this company, here is my experience . I placed an order and paid in full with a Guaranteed delivery day. The morning of my delivery I called them to confirm my delivery, I was given a call back to say the bed was with the courier and will arrive sometime that day. I was sat in all morning nothing had arrived so after lunch i made a further call , I was kept on hold for 25 minutes . I was then informed that the bed was out of stock and the earliest I would get this bed was the following Monday 3 days late, SO I had been lied to on the first call , after me taking a days holiday to wait for this arrival. I was really annoyed at this point as I had no email confirmation of the late delivery or telephone call, it so happens that the bed I paid for was never in stock even at the time the order was placed. I asked to speak to a manager and was told i would get a call back NOT the same day but 48hrs later !!!!!! Shoddy service, I then asked the guy on the phone , okay so what time will I get the delivery Monday, he then said he cannot guarantee Monday after telling me he could??? He said the bed needs labels putting on it and therefore it could take a lot longer, I could not get a straight sentence out of this guy, This company and its staff do not have a clue on what they are doing ,The service is shocking and I understand the Dunhelm group have taken over this company, good luck to them and its really poor.. I have asked for a full refund and as I was so annoyed and no apology or managers contact from this company I have cancelled my order and still waiting a refund !!!!! BE CAREFUL !!!!!!

Once order was placed I need to make an urgent change due to the site being misleading on the colour of the divan base. I have tried and tried and tried to contact them, and have spent a total of 9 hours in a phone queue (excluding the day that their phone system was down).
Now the bed is out for delivery and I don't know what to do next.
This is a company to AVOID at all costs.
UPDATE: Continually failed to answer phone or respond to request to sort things out. Eventually contacted the carrier company - their response was brilliant.
I cancelled the delivery, and sent another cancellation to Bedroomworld. Eventually got a response from Customer Services apologising, and giving me a full refund.

Bought a bed described as wood and they sent an mdf bed! Trying to contact bedroom world is impossible waited 20mins for someone to pick up and the imbecile that answered hung up straight away. My advise is avoid this company at all costs. And bedroom world when you reply to Riggle out of it I find no excuse advertising a product as wood and supplying mdf then obviously having limited staff to deal with complaints.

I have since received a more expensive bed made from "wood" which one of the rails snapped after 4 nights with a 3st boy in the bed I'm just glad I went in to wake my son rather than him getting himself up as he could have seriously hurt himself on the sharp splintered wood! Why would anyone think it's a good idea to use comb joints on a supporting structure on the bed? they have given me a refund but my suggestion would be to seriously avoid this company as the beds really are low quality. I spent a total of 3 hours on hold and 2 unanswered emails I eventually made contact through Facebook messenger.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company. To cut a very long story short I've waited in 4 days from 8am-6pm, rearranged my shifts at work, complained on the phone numerous times, and sent 2 strongly worded complaint emails that have been ignored. All I've had refunded so far is the booking fee. If this was my company I would be so embarrassed. I'd be offering the customer some form of compensation and apologising profusely. I am so angry at them.

contact trading standards
I ordered a bed and a mattress expecting both to come as a single delivery. I was also supposed to get one hours advance warning to be at the property. Instead I got a phone call when he arrived and was unable to find it. This is despite my providing instructions and reminding the courier of the notice required. The courier ( dxfreight ) was able to stay in the area however, so I did get the bed. Only when the bed arrived did I realise there were in fact two deliveries attached to the same order number.
The mattress remained at a different warehouse. When I contacted bedroomworld all they did was email the courier. I received nothing further.
Only then did I check the reviews on trustpilot and discovered they many people have had far worse experiences.
I have been lucky that the bed is okay. I am still waiting to find out about getting a refund on my non-delivered goods.
Their website includes a picture of a 4 star trust pilot review. This is misleading and I believe illegal under trading standards. The only thing allowed should be a picture of the actual rating or a direct link to the trustpilot reivews using the trustpilot icon and not implying a particular rating.
Looking at the reviews here. You will see the replies from bedroomworld and worldstores are all cut and pastes of each other.
All contact with them since has been met with cut and paste replies that they will contact me within 72 hours as they are experiences high volumes at the moment.
Clearly this is a company that operates on the cheap just selling items online. It does not feel the need to bother with trading responsibly or building a good reputation.

Dreadful company
Dreadful company. Delivered half of my order with no explanation about the other missing half. Phoned and waited an eternity to get through to the most unhelpful customer service agent. Was told that I would have to wait a week for the rest of my order to be delivered...waited a week and half of a kingsize bed arrives and half of a queen-size bed from an entirely different bed. Declined delivery and phoned to complain again...this time waiting longer than the previous week. Again another unhelpful agent who once again would not listen to what I was asking him and just kept repeating lines clearly from a script. Was once again told it would be a week before they could collect the incorrect order and deliver the correct item. Waited another week and the van arrives - only the drivers tell me that they were only here to collect and didn't have my delivery. Phoned the company to complain - waited best part of 45minutes on hold this time to be informed that it hadn't actually be scheduled for delivery at all! Cancelled my entire order and received my money back - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
No customer service at all
If there was an option for zero stars this would be it. Ordered a bed from them for next day delivery. Delivery didn't arrived despite emails and texts to say it had been dispatched! The following 3 days try calling them but they never answer the phone and your on hold permanently unless you say your a new customer with an order, they then pick up almost immmediately. They then say they have a different system and can't help but will get you a call back. The calls back never happened. 2days after bed should have been delivered get an email reply saying bed to be delivered 25th, no apology, no reason why. The bed was due to arrive on the 15th on next day delivery! Rude staff, and zero customer service!! Once they have your money they are not interested. Just want the product cancelling and a refund! Have reported them to trading standards.

I ordered a bed on 31st July for next day delivery. Received a tracking email and notification that my order had been dispatched but when you click on the link, it says the tracking information does not exist. Have tried calling customer services and finally getting through (40 minutes on hold) to be told they would look into it and was also informed that the bed was not supplied by them but was coming from another company called Seconique. I emailed this company and received a quick response advising me that the bed was out of stock and wouldn't be available until the end of August. This email was followed by another dispatch confirmation from Bedroomworld to say it's on its way!! Also if you press option 1 for sales when you call Bedroomworld, the message tells you what number you are in the queue - obviously want to take your order/money but not your complaints!! I wish I had taken time to read other people's reviews. Now have to contact credit card to obtain a refund as no one appears to answer the phone at Bedroomworld as I now wish to cancel this order. Shocking service!!

This place is shocking - I can't believe I was stupid enough to order without checking the reviews. My order was due Saturday - nothing beyond a text on Friday. No way to contact a human being, just hold. No response to emails, tweets or Facebook interaction. I'm claiming my money back via PayPal and going elsewhere.

I was to have delivered bunk beds (supposed next day delivery)
I took a day of work to recive this delivery and also destroyed my daughters old beds to make way for the new ones. I had a text on the morning to await a further text for a delivery slot on that day!! no other contact was made and no delivery happend. This ment my two daughters had to spend the night sleeping on the floor!!
I have now been trying to chase this order all week and my daughters have spent 3 nights sleeping on the floor!! it is actually impossible to speak or email someone from the company. Hopefully as I paid with PayPal my money is protected and I have stated a claim.
I wish now I had read the customer reviews of this company/website before placing my order as it's clear that this is a con and almost all have the same issues.
Terrible company
- The bed frame was faulty.
- Parts were missing so we had to buy additional screws.
- After emailing in 11 days ago we have received no reply.

I purchased two bedframes on 22/06/2017, the website promised next day delivery with one and 10-14 weeks on the other one. Great I thought in reality what a nightmare!!.
I got a call the next day 5 hours before the delivery saying they would be there. I explained I was not around I was visiting family so unless I had an aeroplane I could not possibly be there in five hours I said surely they should give you 24 hours notice and he said he would deliver Monday. Great I said could I possibly have a time he said no. I said I worked so just a rough time. The phone went dead.
I called bedroomworld and explained my problem and said surely I need 24 hours notice and was told quite rudely 'no, this is how they do it'. I honestly thought she was joking and said 'how could you possibly run a business like this I will cancel my order' to which she went fine, I asked for her name she put the phone down on me.
By now, I was not particularly happy. I phoned again and fair play a lovely gentleman called Sam tried to help all he could got me a time and did confirm they should give 24 hours notice. I told him that the employee who I spoke to was disgusting and that really she could have lost the company £400.00 and I would really like an apology, that did not come.
Delivery did come as planned in the timescale, when my neighbours over the road came out, they informed me this exact delivery driver had been the day before when I was not in and hit the lamppost so hard it had not only damaged the lamppost but the lamppost nearly hit the house and he missed my husband's car by millimetres. They notified the police.
The delivery driver did not ring the doorbell and was leaving a note to say he had been. Luckily I was keeping an eye out and he muttered something about not answering the door. I said you needed to use the doorbell, he muttered something I did not hear. Then about 45 minute later another delivery driver came with my sons other bed and he used the doorbell so I did know he was there and he was extremely polite but unfortunately only had two boxes not three. This was great, but no-one had advised me he was coming and I was just about to shoot back to work.
So after three days I chased the next box, I spent about an hour on the phone giving box numbers etc and was told it would be with me soon. Three days later nothing so I called again. A lovely lady called Gillian did exactly as I asked and even emailed me. Since then nothing. I have written two emails no reply but the bog standard we have received your email. I have spent the last three days trying to get through. I spent an hour and half on the phone yesterday and now another up to 55 minutes on the phone today just on hold.
I am disgusted with this company and am not really sure where to go now. I would suggest before you even try to buy a bed go somewhere else or to a shop.
