I applied through Believe for a re-mortgage facility, the Case team of Micah and Rob were brilliant, they actually listened to what I needed and very kindly put up with my multiple questions. I had started to look about 6 months before I needed the facility and luckily we were able to get an offer from a major high street lender. The process, contact and service throughout has been brilliant and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fabulous from start to finish! Paula was our mortgage advisor and was so helpful and friendly throughout! Rob who was our case manager made sure everything went smooth sailing and explained everything to us! Both Paula and Rob were there when we needed them for a phone call or a text and kept us updated throughout the whole process! Can’t fault either of them and would definitely recommend believe finance! Perfect for first time buyers who are not sure what they are doing like ourselves. Can’t thank them enough!
