Dean, Jake and Emily have been most helpful in sourcing my re-mortage offer, all in good stead as they have secured a rate of 4.7% going back a couple of months with the option to switch if they were able to find a lower rate. Unfortunately, the rates has been going up ever since so glad I had contacted them ahead of my fixed term expiry
