Your walker was very good, but the delivery by DHL was disgusting I've a sticker on the door saying I'm disabled and a little slow getting to the door. I've a camera recording his actions, put box down knocked on the door and by the time I got to the door he was out of sight, had to phone someone to help.

Everything went smoothly and quickly from placing my order to receiving delivery. Excellent and very pleased with service and the product I purchased. Thank you.

My watch lasted 9 months and when I took it to a jewellers for a replacement battery they told me that they could not remove the back without damaging the watch and said it was not worth the cost; estimated at over £100

Shower chair arrived, complete, in basic sealed box, on time, as promised by BIL. Communication superb at every stage up to hand-over to carrier, DHL.
DHL's drop-by-drop tracking report is excellent. Actual delivery was 30 minutes earlier than the original estimate (with 53 drops on, mine was no. 38) and in perfect condition. Top notch service by both!

The wee trolley was exactly what the lady was looking for and was so happy when I ordered it for, we completed the order and then I received an email 4 days later stating that my order was on hold as I had to pay a further £9.99+vat for post, once we established how I could pay the extra my order arrived within 3 days, to say I was annoyed is an understatement, had the postage been added at the time of purchase, I would have had no problem.

Very easy to order and excellent delivery time the Rollator was at a very competitive price it was very well packed with very easy instructions on how to assemble.

Hi, I purchased a pair of Flexyfoot Comfort Grip Double Adjustable crutches in black, this is the second set I have purchased, they are the best items I have ever bought, the crutches are such good quality, so light in weight they just glide along with you and look extremely smart, I have struggled for years with the NHS crutches that did the job but very heavy , these are first class, the Flexyfoot and Comfort grip are fantastic. Better Independent Living are a very good company to deal with, my crutches came extremely quickly , I’m so happy with my purchase, I would 100% recommend them to everyone, so a big thank you B.I.L.🙏

Having been badly let down by another company who never sent the lamp following payment and then failed to respond I was dubious about buying elsewhere. You however were the opposite. Goods ordered Friday delivered Sunday AM. Error in post code spotted following order phoned immediately excellent receptionist who sorted it quickly good service all round. Plus it was £5 cheaper!
