The advertising was misleading in so much as it said fully adjustable which was taken as leg height, not so. The seat adjustment is not suitable for sculpted bath sides.

Easy to use and stylish
My mother in Law had bought one, and loved it, as it was so easy to use. I thought it was such a simple design but also very stylish. I thought it was great for any older people especially if they suffer from arthritis. So as a result I bought one for my elderly parents and another for our elderly neighbour. All of them love it!

Excellent communication and product
Excellent communication from this company. Product was just what we needed as we have quite a drop down from the front doorstep. The half step is ideal and enables me to get down the step comfortably and with ease after recently having a total knee replacement. Would highly recommend!

A brilliant lamp!
It is beautifully made, the light is bright and a pleasure to read by it.
The only thing I didn't like was assembling it, especially the 2 tiny screws. Would it be possible please to alter the design slightly and use bigger screws?
