My first experience was purchasing a very sought after pokemon product and I was not disappointed. As mentioned above the product price, condition and shipping were excellent but what I really want to shout about here is the customer service.
I’ve rarely come across shops were my custom was as appreciated and valued as much as it was by Ben at blackgate games. Bearing in mind how sought after the product was that I’d purchased, Ben called me personally to give me an update and was just a pleasure to talk to in general.
Cared about my custom and cleary cared about me enjoying my experience as a shopper even asking for feedback as to how he could improve the shop. Give people and shops like this your attention.

I ordered a pre-order from them. When I order pre-orders from other websites they get delivered on the day of release. Blackgate games only sent me a email saying they sent the item the day before the release date. And now they sent me an email to review the product I yet received

Thank you for the review and we are sorry to hear that you have not experienced our normally very high standard of service and delivery, but as I believe we had mentioned in our email update to our customers with this pre-order, that due to the national holidays the delivery was slightly delayed to us.
Also mentioned in that email and as compensation and in way of an apology for this delay, which was with the manufacture deliver to us, we had already offered an additional 5% discount code, for your next order with us.
