Problems, but handled really well
I'd pre-ordered Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver for Crisis Protocol but instead received the Daredevil/Bullseye box. Blackgate arranged for the ordered item to be sent out and apologised profusely, and, when it took a bit longer than planned to get the replacement out to me, refunded the full cost of the box while letting me keep it as an apology.
Obviously not great that the error was made, but I very much appreciate the way it was rectified.
