Very good service and high quality items.

Boards were damaged and only give 24 hours to "inspect" - think this is a bit of a cop out from the compnay's side.

Great whiteboards, well packaged for delivery.

Instructions weren't enclosed but emailed quickly. Product very good - sturdy and safe.

The board looks good on the wall. Good value.

I've had a glass board from this website before and they seem to have a good range so I ordered again when mine broke. The one I ordered wasn't in stock so they called me to ask if I wanted to wait or get a different colour so I chose a different colour and it was delivered pretty quickly. The board is lovely in my kitchen.

What a great recovery from Boards Direct!!! On opening the packaging there were no instructions and a few parts were missing and I was very irritated. On contacting Boards Direct, they responded immediately by sending me instructions and replacement parts. Great service recovery and great product and so I would strongly recommend ordering from Boards Direct!

A diabolical fiasco. I ordered 2 mobile drywipe boards to go to our client to be delivered to their two addresses which are literally around the corner from each other. The boards were not delivered on time, They were ordered on friday and not delivered until wednesday and as I write this review one is still missing! The explanation for their non arrival was a carrier problem. I cannot fault Robin in sales who dealt with the fiasco, he was very helpful and apologetic and the customer service is very good. May I suggest a change of carriers!

The whiteboard arrived very well packaged, and it is of excellent quality. There was an initial problem with the faulty pens and a whiteboard eraser, but Ashleigh-Beth resolved it quickly and provided superb customer service.

Customer service was excellent and the items are just as I needed. There was an initial delay with my items arriving but Ashleigh-Beth from the customer service team responded to my emails immediately and got my order sent to me straight away.

This is the first time I've used Boards Direct. I ordered three snap frames, A4, A2 and A1 size for my sons to display their artwork in their bedrooms. Once placing the order I received an email confirmation promptly. After a few days I realised I had no idea when to expect the frames so I replied to the order confirmation and received a prompt reply advising of the expected delivery date. The frames arrived as expected. All three boxes appeared undamaged and the goods were easy to put up. We spotted a slight tear in the perspex of the A1 frame and I replied to the email confirmation with a photo. I received a very prompt reply advising that a replacement had been ordered and when to expect it. Admittedly I have not received the replacement yet but I have no reason to doubt that it will turn up on time going on my experience so far. Well done to all involved. I will be ordering more frames as they look very smart and modern.

Ordered a very large frame from Boards Direct yesterday but then noticed that the delivery was 3-4 weeks. Rang the company and spoke to a very helpful guy called Robin who arranged a quicker delivery from another supplier. 24 hrs later, my frame arrived! Excellent customer service.

I learn more about a business when they get it wrong than if they get it right after all their attitude to fixing what is wrong tells me how much they care and their attitude to how much they care and their ability to truly look after me.
My product arrived and had been broken in transit, however, I was not able to find this out till after the guarantee had expired (of course).
I spoke to the lovely team at Boards Direct and they sorted it. No fuss, no fight, no its too late, an empathy you rarely see and they sorted it out. That is what I want and need so would I use them again? Absolutely and would I recommend them, A BIG YES to that too. They deserve the business so if you need to order anything like a board then get yourself over to them and purchase what you need because they do what they say they will do which is to look after their customers! A BIG THANK YOU.

Two deliveries for the same item didn't arrive and were well overdue so I emailed to cancel the order. The same day I received a phone call from the MD apologising and promised to rectify the situation. It appeared that the original order and the replacement had been despatched but for some reason were lost in transit. True to his word, 24 hours later a replacement item was delivered by overnight courier. Excellent customer service. How many companies would provide this level of care? I will definitely use this company for any future supplies.

I normally distrust 5 star reviews, but I am a real customer! I had a great experience ordering from Boards Direct, quality products, expertly shipped quickly. They also were able to advise alternatives.

One tip from my experience - check you are 100% sure you know how to mount the board on the wall, they can be very heavy and it might be quite difficult.

My board was delivered the day after ordering, but had a part missing. It took one phone call to them and a replacement part was sent out straight away.

My board was delivered in good time. There was damage to the board in transit. I emailed Boards Direct, who instantly ordered a replacement, which was delivered in a couple of days. Very pleased with the service and would use them again. Very good quality and service, thank you !!

I would only recommend you don't buy the bundle set with the pens and eraser as the pens have been nothing but useless and got binned within a day.
