Excellent Service.
Ordered a large whiteboard that turned up damaged. Boards Direct put a huge amount of effort in to supply an undamaged board, replacing two more that were damaged by couriers. Excellent service and communication throughout until issue resolved. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, whilst we make every effort to ensure all our boards arrive in perfect condition, we do occasionally suffer damages.
We would never expect a customer to keep a product that isn't in perfect condition and I believe that a replacement glass board has been ordered and dispatched and a collection of the damaged board arranged.
