The boards arrived quickly
The boards arrived quickly. However, there were no fixings included. This has happened twice now, which is why my review is not higher. However, when I emailed Boards Direct they were very helpful and immediately (in both cases) sent the fixings by separate post, and are going to make sure that fixings are always included in future. I was impressed by their attitude, and am pleased with the boards.

Excellent company
Excellent company. Have used them twice, once for supplying community council new external noticeboard and another time for new pinboards for another noticeboard. Excellent service both times. Extremely helpful before and after sales. Would not hesitate to recommend them

Excellent product promptly delivered. Very helpful when I had a problem (my fault entirely) in making a mistake putting the stool together.

Good product but bad Quality Control.
They would have got 5 if it wasn't for the fact they sent me one board when I ordered 3, hence I don't think their Quality Control is up to the job.
The two outstanding ones couldn't be sent until the following Tuesday and this was on a Friday despite the fact that I phoned them as soon as I received the single notice board. Ironically, I had specifically chosen them because they promised next day delivery!
Having received them, the boards are as good as expected and I would order from them again.
