Boards were damaged when received, however, the customer service was brilliant. Not only did they arrange to collect the damaged ones, but allowed me to amend my order and have the new ones delivered promptly.

I would happily recommend these as trustworthy and courteous suppliers.

Excellent products and service.
There were initially some issues with delivery times and processing, one board even arrived damaged. However, Kelly was incredibly helpful and was able to turn this around within 24 hours and helped get the correct product to me. Very happy with the end result, will use again in the future.

Only place I could find magnetic wipe clean labels at 30cm length. Website was easy to use and do my transaction.

We received our order next day but it was only 1 set, not the 6 we paid for. Got an answer as soon as I phoned to advise (picking issue) and the rest were sent out immediately and received next day.

Fantastic products very fast delivery highly recommend

The ordering process was easy to use and there was a good choice of sizes. The board I received was exactly what I wanted but unfortunately had been damaged (probably in transit). I did not return it as it was needed urgently but under different circumstances I would do so.

Excellent service fast delivery quality product

Ordering experience was great, website easy to navigate and order was placed efficiently, with email confirmation by return. We had a bit of a wait for delivery - but this was highlighted on ordering due to delays with Royal Mail during increased periods of isolation for their staff.

When we received our order, we noticed the board was smaller than expected. We had been sent the wrong size. However - this worked in our favour as we realised quickly that the one we ordered would have been too big. However, there was the question of price as we paid in full for the larger board. When I contacted Boards Direct via email, I received a response really quickly, I received a prompt apology for the error made and within 5 days, a refund had been made direct to our account to rectify the issue. Excellent customer service. This review would have been 5 stars, had it not been for the wrong item being delivered.

Great to deal with. One item came damaged (couriers fault). Customer service are easy to get hold of and the item was replaced quickly. Would definately recommend.
