Not yet received after 3 days

The online process was simple and easy to do, but you cross you fingers and hope it gets delivered.
I would have rated it higher if they provided a link to track delivery, instead of just receiving a notice that it was delivered.

Great products, but please add tracking details
I love the product offering and the quailty, however not receiving tracking details or at the very least a "shipped" email, has made my experience problematic everytime I've used the service. Both as a sender and reciever of B&P. Would love to continue to purchase from you, but please look at adding a tracking service to your customer experience.
