Terrible customer service. Ordered a sofa via their stores in paris when the store told us their customer service in denmark was unreliable. Order delivery date was missed. Neither customer service nor store can determine where sofa is. If it was manufactures or even sent. To this day we spent over 5000 euros and have nothing to show for it but promises and a rediculous pathetic offer of 50 euros. The store blames their own customer service and none of them provide any information or solutions. An absolutely terrible experience which probably will result in a terrible sofa as well. Hard to have any faith in this company at all.

Our experience at Bolia, especially the branch at Rue Antoine Dansaert, Brussels was splendid. Truly exceptional staff, the store manager Mr. Olivier Desmaele has great knowledge and absolute profession in advising the things you're looking for in your home.
We bought two Balloon hanging lamps, an Orb hanging lamp and a Vase. Lights are really beautiful and they add such a wonderful charm to the home. Quality of the product is really fantastic. So, I truly recommend people to definitely visit Bolia.

Invoices are not correct and sent without VAT neither the official entity of a company, not respecting the initial complete entry by the customer.
The IT system needs a lot of time to generate an invoice and this in 2023 !

I liked the experience in the shop where the sales person, Diana, helped me with my choice.
The only downside was that for such a big order there was no complimentary product. Not at least the spray for textile maintenance. Nonetheless we recommend Bolia and their team.

Except of the perfectly designed products, the customer service here is at its best. I was helped by the team of Bolia Antwerp to order my favorite products and they went out of their way to find solutions. Everything at Bolia is perfection 🤩

We went to the Bolia outlet in Lokeren and won’t be attending any other outlet sales in the future. First of all, the doors were opened way before announced which meant that more than half of the articles were sold before the opening hour. Second, there weren’t that many products and way too many people (nobody checked whether everyone had registered). There were a bazillion of the same lamps and some couches and that was it. Third, I waited for an hour and a half in line to pay. The payment system was through some bizar link that everyone first had to register for to get and that obviously took ages. When I asked what was taking SO long, I got a passive aggressive reaction that there were only 3 cashiers - which was obviously not the issue here.

The service in the shop was great. Very nice furniture and selection. However, at the delivery, assembling of the new furniture was not included in the service, against expectation for such high end products.

Because I visited the shop already 2 x previously, I knew +/- what I wanted. The only unknown factor was the chair. The salesperson gave me an overview of all the possibilities and brought the chair I liked most to the chosen table so I could have a feel how it would be.
She also explained the products to protect the wood and the guarantee.

Awful experience, I still didn’t receive my sofa.
Fist attempt: delivery date confirmed in the beginning changed and Bolia failed to advise me…
Attempt two: delivery company arrived, they could not delivery the sofa because they needed lift (I had paid delivery with lift included)…
I called costumer service (very friendly team I must say, specially Julien), apparently there was a bug in the system so delivery company could not see that lift was included.
Both times I paid 70€ to block parking space for the truck, still waiting to be reimbursed…over one month since the first attempt.
Also, very difficult to communicate with the delivery guys, they were two… non of them spoke English nor French…made my life harder to explain I had paid delivery with lift included…
Bref, I was expecting a better service from Bolia. I also buy IKEA and never had such issues with them.
Fingers crossed I’ll have my sofa this week…it will be the 3rd at last chance I’m giving to Bolia…
