The products of my orders were disrupted. I received no notification for that. I got the info after calling the customer service for knowing where my order was.

I was not informed about status of my order or expected delivery time either before confinement , during confinement or after re-opening stores. Hardly will order anything in future.

Item was a floor model

Item was a floor model. When inspected no damage. When received one week later a gouge inside the drawer. Otherwise great service and quality furniture.

Not worth the money

Difficult to install and put together yourself. Also finishing / quality of the product is not 100% what it should be. Too expensive for what it is.

The bench arrived defective

The bench arrived late, but I was happy to see the delivery arriving, until I unpacked and found a misformed bench. I wrote an e-mail to the Customer Service, but had no confirmation receipt. Then I called the customer service on the same Friday, they didn't want to take up the problem as "it was too late and I'm not the only customer" .
This morning I went to the Post Office to return the pack, and they said I needed to pay the return as Bolia had no agreement and the coupon "Bon de retour" was not valid. Then I called the Bolia Shop in Brussels, they refused to accept the return and referred me to customer service, as I insisted to be helped today, he started to be insulting and mocking.
Called again customer service : they would reply to me 'something in the week'. Is this what you call "customer service " ???

This is clearly a MALPRACTICE to not reimburse a customer for a default delivery. I paid 262 € for a misformed bench and in 2 days, no reaction from Bolia.
I received no single e-mail confirmation registering my complaintson Friday neither on Saturday.
Seriously outrageous!
If no decent and honest solution is offered from Bolia ON MONDAY MORNING, I'm going to file a complaint the CEC and the Belgian Customer Association as from Tuesday.

Sorry for any problems you may have encountered with this delivery. And in accordance to our delivery terms we will of course reimburse you in full if the product does not meet your expectations.

In terms of fast response time from our customer service please be aware, that we are closed from Saturday 4 pm until Monday morning.
But as already stated in a separate e-mail to you this matter will of course be sorted Monday morning.

Expérience inacceptable.

Wrong packaging, damaged products, no compliance with Bolia's terms of sales, long discussions to be able to have product replaced in spite of report from transporters admitting the accident.

Perfect assistance

Had Some troubles with order online. Called store and they sorted thuis Out for us. Everything From there went juist perfect. Lamps are hanging already 2 Monts now and we are still very much in love with them.

satified but quite a lot of time lost

I have nothing to complain about the products. The sofas we ordered look great in our living room and are super comfortable. Once the delivery mens came the delivery was super smooth too.
The 2 issues we encountered:
- the legs of one of the sofa came in the wrong color (they were quickly replaced)
- the delivery date was postponed twice: first one day before the initial delievery date, then the second time at the time the sofa should had been delivered.
I lost quite a lot of time with the two issues (waiting, emails..)
