Although I’m a big fan of the furniture, I’m disappointed with the service this time.
My table supposed to be delivered on Saturday, no delivery, no contact from the delivery company. I’m waiting for a reply what happened with my table from the Bolia customer service since Monday… at the same time I got an email to rate the experience, so there it is.
My order number was 700228072.

I have to say I'm disappointed.
We bought few furniture pieces in Bolia, but the purchase was not as we expected..
When you enter in Bolia showrooms you have that nice feeling, that you want to buy a lot of things, since everything looks good quality.
I have to write it's not like that in our case.
Namely, we bought Lomi sofa few months ago, and it looks like we have it for a years. The fabric texture is not meant to be used for furniture, it's too soft and the sofa has sagging seat parts. Also the filling of the sofa should be better so it wouldn't sag after such a short time.
Hope I'll get some solutions from Bolia, and they can solve this issues.

Where do I even start? First off your customer care email for Belgium (as displayed on the invoice email is incorrect and, by internet standards, does not exist.
After paying, and not hearing anything back from you for three weeks, I decided to go to the store in Antwerp.
i showed my invoice and the the helpful lady honestly told me that my entire order hadn't been processed and three out of the 5 items I paid for weren't available anymore. She also told me that there was a problem with online ordrs that reuested to pickup from store weren't coming into their system.
What?
How is that even possible?
You took my money and didn't place the order?!
She then gave me two of the items I ordered and told me she'll ask other stores if they had stock of the outstanding items.
I, obviously, haven't heard back.
Blows my mind that you think you can charge a premium for goods and then have a terrible system behind it.
Wildly disappointed with you service. So much for a premium brand!

I have still not been delivered. The delivery meeting time was 4!!!! Times not kept. Initially they should have delivered on Thursday last week. We were called to tell us that a system problem maid this impossible. They should then come on Friday, but did not, as the furniture had not been put in the truck. Today they should have make the delivery between 8 and 12, but did not come. They promised to make the delivery in the afternoon, but simply did not come. Somebody waited the whole day for nothing. So Ben je tefreeden: NOT AT ALL! Im frustrated, disappointed and angry!.

Extremely poor service. Deliveries take one month because the shop has no stock. Impossible to get a proper receipt after having asked 4 times. This for very expensive products

Large & fantastic sofa, with a very nice recycling backstory (we got the Recover model). It was quite quickly delivered (1 month) and very nice service at the shop(s). Also quick reactions to mails etc.
If the sofa proves to be durable in use, this will have been a brilliant customer experience.

The physical shops are very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the webshop is absolutely terrible. It takes weeks to get a response that simply isn’t useful. Orders get cancelled without informing you. I can completely understand that during Covid times things are not easy, but I genuinely believe the things that have happened on multiple orders are inexcusable.

I ordered a carpet that is for sale on the website in the shop in Brussels a month ago. Received an email saying that it’s not available even I see it’s still available on the website. But also I still didn’t receive any refund. On my emails getting an automatic reply message. Very sad experience!
