Disgrace of a company and utter liars I…

Disgrace of a company and utter liars I left your company over a year ago and have still not been refunded for money in my winter wallet. I have had so many emails phone calls and confirmation I was receiving my refund in 5 days but after the 5 days and I queried where this was I was advised they still can not do it as they can't produce a final bill. 1 year later they are still stating they can not issue my final statement in order to issue a refund. 1 year down the line and still have not rectified a final bill issue. This is beyond a lie. This company has stolen my money. The company that I am no longer with can send a yearly statement but can not issue a final statement after a year is beyond ludicrous. Avoid this company at all costs.

What an absolute abysmal company I have waited 4 months for an in-house display and top-up cards I'm now being told it's going to be another month and a half before we get them they're excuses they're out of stock all they've ordered them and my order was cancelled steer clear of this company if you know what's good for you star rating if I couldn't give a - 108 I would

KEEP AWAY FROM BOOST ENERGY !!!

YOU CAN NOT GET A REFUND LESS THAN 7 MONTHS...AND STILL COUNTING

After months of calls/twitter messages they have agreed to pay me £90 refund by cheque in February 2021.
Today 20/May/21 still no cheque received.

Still no cheque received. I am corresponding through Twitter now.
They told me the chq has been posted on 10th May and I found out today that it's been posted to the wrong address! NO SURPRISE HERE.

UPDATE 2 :
1/July/2021
Still no cheque. I've been told that there is a backlog and there is nothing they can do to speed the process up?! It's been 7 months and still counting..
I have started the complaint process now, probably this will take another 7 months??

More than Unhelpful!

I have just taken over tenancy of a flat and there was a debt of £57 on the meter from the previous tenant and the emergency credit had been used. 5 phone calls, 3 online chats and hours of being on hold later I finally got the debt wiped so I could put on credit and have electricity. One representative hung up on me, one online representative ended the chat and another told me that I can't have the debt wiped (funny how I now have a code to get the debt wiped!) Absolutely useless thankfully my landlord is happy for me to change supplier so I don't have to deal with them anymore.

Worst Customer Experience! Avoid this supplier!

I’ve been off supply through no fault of my own since Monday 21st June at 10am. Calls all day to boost on Monday, they sent an engineer out who wasn’t equipped to fix the issue (after 5pm) so called back into the office to get an emergency appointment (there is a 6 year old child at the property), the agent was uninterested and took the details down incorrectly, booked the same engineer who had just left so no one showed up. Called Tuesday morning at 8.30am and was told someone would be out within 3 hours. They weren’t. Called multiple times, had to repeat my self, an engineer arrived after 5:30pm on Tuesday. He was then unable to fix the issue, engineer advised me to call and book an appointment when lines open again at 8am. Called this morning at 8am and was told the engineer said he’d be in touch and they had temporarily given me electric. I have 3 extension leads plugged in to eachother from a neighbours window so that I can charge my phone as I’ve been told to stay at the property and wait for a call and if I don’t answer the call then the appointment will be cancelled and I will be charged £135. It’s now 12pm and no sign of an engineer, no contact. I’ve had no electric, hot water, unable to cook food etc since Monday morning. The mental strain and stress that this has put me though is something else.

Avoid this company like the plague!

OVER 4 MONTHS !!! STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND

What can I say, I have to agree with the majority of customer and their reviews. I was with boost energy for about 8 months all was great. On February this year I notified them that I was moving and I need it to close the account. I also pointed out that the account was in credit and I need a refund. I was advised that I will get an email showing the final balance of money owed back to me. It is now over 4 months later and nothing yet. I have spoken with two different customer service representatives and all I keep getting is "I have to request a final balance invoice to be sent from our accounts team, you should get it within 4-5 business days" the same line every time.

BOOST ENERGY. It is more than 4 months from the dated I notified you about my account cancelation as I was moving house. I am still waiting for my refund to be processed. Could someone more senior, please get in touch with me.

Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star, shocking company. My gas card stopped working through no fault of mine, firstly they sent me on a wild goose chase to every pay point shop I could think off to find out absolutely no one stocks the replacement cards!! Then twice they’ve claimed they have posted me a replacement card which must have gotten “lost in post” TWICE so now I have to wait until my gas completely goes so they can send someone out to put an emergency 10 pound on which they then charge me 17 pound for 😡 total scammers this has been going on 3 weeks now
