This is beautifully made, very high quality. The song is pretty and details are very well done. Even down to the soft feet which avoids scratching any surface you place it on, the details and quality are very nice. It's not a cheap item, but you get what you pay for.
It is beautifully crafted, but the lid does not fit tightly.
Received broken returned today need for Xmas please expedite replacement… thanks

Visually, this is lovely. The sound, however, is not good quality. It is disappointing, as well, that it didn't arrive in any kind of box that would be suitable for gift giving. For the price I expected more. It also doesn't quite close fully.

The music box sound was so bad I'm surprised that you would use your name. The enameling was spot on but everything was tinny. I was very disappointed.

The craftsmanship is below par. The picture on the outside is blurred and not in focus. I am very disappointed and will be returning it.
