It is a beautiful piece. However, it was broken when receive. the foot of the dancer was broken and unable to attache to the black piece for dancing. I am very disappointed. I am trying to repair it, but doesn't look promising.

I was very disappointed. This was a gift for my sister who is getting over a stroke. She lives in Oklahoma and I live in New York. She said it arrived today. It did not work. It may have been used because it had been wound so tight that it could not be wound more than once and played for only a second or two. Plus, I paid for 2 day delivery and when checking the tracking on USPS, I saw that it said it was shipped by standard delivery. Please let me know how you will rectify this problem.
