Friendly and helpful staff, was re-directed to another store as the bulk aggregate I wanted was not stocked locally and they got me onto a next day delivery. Driver offloaded the bulk bags exactly as directed. A very pleasant experience.

Delivery came when they said it would…
Delivery came when they said it would and driver had secreted the more stealable items out of sight as not there to accept delivery which was good, but on unpacking found the thermolite blocks placed on the bottom of the delivery were broken, contacted customer services and was contacted next day by Reece who resolved the issue promptly.

Great driver delivered really badly selected plasterboard - I did NOT appreciate damaged boards hidden in middle of stack. Might have to go back to TP if these sort of shenanigans persist.

Unfortunately the product that I ordered was not in stock when my husband arrived at the store to collect it. They did however get it in for the next day but it had meant two trips at a cost.
