Ordered 4 sheets of plasterboard which is normally a pain to collect - Bradfords delivered to my door. Delivery driver called Gary dropped them off, parking right next to the door and had to explain to an unreasonable neighbour (who could take a 2min detour round the block, but insisted the van be moved!) that we would only be a couple of minutes. Gary then helped me handball them into the house. Absolute legend, made my life MUCH easier. 100% recommend.

Wanted some concrete Extortionate prices and staff unable to price match
Wanted some concrete so unfortunately went to Bradfords. Told the slesperson what i wanted blue circle multi purpose concrete, said 3 times concrete. Sold me mortar. Ok we all make mistakes so had to refund that. Then sold me bradfords blue circle concrete £12.55 inc vat i said wickes are selling it for £8.80 inc vat do you price match? No i cant, the office do that. Seriously your staff can't use the internet and price match at a till? £3.75 per bag more than wickes.. If i hadn't been in a rush i would have driven the 10 mile round trip to wickes and bought it there plus an extra bag and still wouldn't have cost me as much inc the fuel to do the trip. Plus i wouldn't have had the hassle of describing the difference between mortar and concrete to a member of staff.
So response from Bradford. It wasn't the issue so much with wrong product that is a mistake anyone can make. It's the overpriced goods and inability to price match at the till without someone from the office needing to be contacted. Your website shows price match on similar products. Just allow you till staff or trust your till staff to do the job. The young man who served me was very apologetic just maybe a bit more training. The yardsperson who collected the goods was great. Pricing is terrible, same occurred when I wanted to hire a piece of equipment your price for exact same identical machine £75 +vat. Brandon tool hire £51 + vat. Surprised your company is still in business.

I always knew that a 6 metre + item…
I always knew that a 6 metre + item wouldn't fit into my vehicle. The yard staff were brilliant and helped while I reduced the lengths to a manageable size. Perfect.

Excellent quality and competitively priced
Ordered all we needed to landscape an area in our garden on the Friday and it was all delivered on the Tuesday, very helpful delivery guy, excellent quality products and all very competitively priced, free delivery too! Would definitely recommend.
