The whole experience was seemless from website ordering to delivery. I was out when delivery came. The driver rang me. I asked him to leave in a certain place, which he seemed more than happy to do. When I arrived home the goods were left exactly as I'd asked. Excellent service. Will definitely use Bradfords again.

I got a text on the 16/02/22 saying my…
I got a text on the 16/02/22 saying my order was out for delivery for the 17/02/22 I took the day off work to make sure I was in for it arriving and was a no show. Then for me to ring up to see what was happening and I got told that the driver wasn’t collecting it till 22/02/22 and will be out for delivery on the 23/02/22 and no one even told me that this was the case. Very poor at the moment I have bought off (buildex) for about 2/3 years now and never had a problem with delivery till now.

Having just moved to the area I’ve made a few purchases from Bradfords Crewkerne. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful, offering advice and helping me to make decisions on how to deal with a DIY problem I was uncertain about. I’m sure I will use them a lot in future. Thanks chaps!

Easy ordering but poor communication
Website good for choice and ordering is straightforward, received and email confirmation of order but I did not receive the promised email when the goods were despatched. Delivery arrived without notice at 8.30am.
All goods delivered and driver very helpful.
Cannot give a higher rating due to the lack of notice of delivery.
