Dropped off building materials exactly where I wanted even though I wasn't there. Moved pallet of slips onto building area perfectly. Deiver went above and beyond the norm in this day and age. A1!!

Missed some goods off my first order…
Missed some goods off my first order from delivery (Friday)
when I rang I was to blame and wouldn’t be getting rest until following Wednesday at earliest until I questioned it and then admitted to missing the paper work then I was told it would be delivered Monday
I’ve been a Bradfords trade acc customer to which I changed it to a cash acc after my acc was used by someone else a number of years ago but it seems you still can’t go that extra little bit to bring back old trade acc customers
Disappointing attitude from salesman
But the van driver superb couldn’t do enough to rectify the problem
