Quick delivery and reasonable prices - lose a star because they gave me no notice of delivery - had a message at 10am saying it would be delivered between 10 and 12! A bit more notice would have been better

Collection of timber fro Honiton was ik . But too much paper , 3 to 4 A4 pages involved in collection, not necessary. I just need electronic invoice.
Web site was difficult to use on smart phone. In particular the filtering didnt work properly and was extremely frustrating.

Really excellent service for delivery
Really excellent service for delivery. The branch provided good information on when the delivery would be, and teh delivery driver was first-rate, really helpful and very professional in use of the lifting equipment etc. Unfortunately this was let down by a poor quality product - the decking boards I ordered were warped and bent on delivery.
EDIT - following this review being left, my local Bradfords branch were in touch and immediately replaced the defective boards. Super helpful and determined to make it right. Review regraded to 5 stars.

Quick delivery and good price
Delivery was quick and in fact in the morning when I expected in the afternoon. I had a small space behind the gate for the bulk bag of gravel and the driver dropped it over the wall perfectly. Best price around too. Will use again.

I cannot fault your friendly staff and…
I cannot fault your friendly staff and the fact that you were able to supply exactly what I required. I ordered online and collected the next day supplies for my wife's work. In order to reclaim my expenses I need to provide a receipt. A simple enough task you would think. However, in your Honiton branch on the day i came in, the computer system was down and all I have is a collection note which was pre-printed and waiting for my arrival so now i am out of pocket

Searched on-line for PVA - my old one was running very low. I started with Bradfords, expecting it to be too pricey but found it was on special - and I only needed a few minutes' round trip rather than an hour+. Perfect.
