Writing this on behalf of my mother in law. Ordered the same gravel as i had few weeks before. New lot turned up 5x darker an when i phoned up i was told sometimes its how they come from the quarry. So wasted £120 for nothing as too dark to be put down.

Really helpful staff
It was the first time I visited the branch as my only other order was online. But both the delivery staff for my first order and the instore team couldn't have been more helpful.

Your customer service is buy far the best I have encountered in the building supplies industry. I've placed several web orders and received a response from which ever local depot is dealing with my order pretty much within the hour. Impressive, if only the others realised that builders are customers who are usually spending a lot of money, albeit on someone else's behalf.

Easy to order on the website, email confirmation by a human(!) was rapid and succinct.
Delivery arrangements were confirmed prior to and on the day by email and telephone. Nice people to speak to. Delivery was on time and product good quality as expected. Does it get any better?
