My delivery address is difficult to access which means goods have to be carried a fair distance. Your driver, Nick, was friendly and unfazed by the task in hand.
The goods I had to be returned proved not to be a problem and I was impressed how quickly I received the money back in my bank account.

Bradfords Penzance provides decent service with competitive pricing and convenient online ordering. Delivery was on time, and staff were polite and efficient. Communication, including updates on delivery, was reliable. While the service met expectations, there were no standout qualities to exceed them. Overall, a solid experience but not exceptional. Would consider using them again.

Excellent customer service. Friendly efficient staff. Good communication. Competitive prices.
The materials I needed were in stock at a competitive price that beat other suppliers in the area. Easy to order and pay for online. Received order confirmation email immediately and then a courtesy call followed from Liam of the Penzance branch to confirm the proposed delivery date. Communication all excellent with update texts on the delivery day confirming the time slot expected and confirming the delivery had been made. Delivery driver Matt was on time, friendly and helpful. Unloaded the materials by crane to exactly where I wanted them. Excellent customer service and communication all round from the staff and systems at the Penzance branch. Many thanks again.
