Excellent service
There was a mix up on delivery dates and I wasn’t home. However the driver rang me and arranged to complete another delivery and then return allowing me to pop home and receive the delivery. Couldn’t fault the driver, very friendly and helped to put the wood in the garage. Great communication from the store human error over delivery date but all resolved.

Great experience with Bradfords
Great experience with Bradfords, just a shame they used DPD for delivery who couldn’t find my address despite being here numerous times before then cancelling the second delivery for no reason.

Really good experience
Ordered a large amount of timber on the Monday, came Wednesday with courtesy call and text to tell me of delivery. Good prices, really friendly and helpful delivery man. Can’t fault at all and will use again! Bradfords Penzance, thumbs up!
