Great service
Before placing the order online I rang the branch for information on certain products to make sure I had the correct components.
Our house isn’t straightforward to find and a very narrow lane to negotiate.Very cheerful and helpful delivery man.

The ordering online was fairly easy, but once the local depot was involved everything was streamlined and easy. A telephone call from Sidmouth checked when I was at home, and an email on the day warned of the delivery tine frame.
The delivery was paving slabs on a pallet, and the driver asked where was the most convenient place for me to unpack and move them. He placed them at the top of the drive, which minimised any blockage of access and meant I only had a few metres to carry and stack them ready for use. He was very helpful and pleasant. Would have no hesitation using Bradfords for the next job!
