Your team in the Sidmouth store gave me good advice and made an extra effort to get technical information for me.
I then bought the item online. Sam Ballett from your online customer service team organised redelivery when I missed the courier.
All round good customer service. The product - Hyundai shredder chipper, is great.

Great collection experience
Items were easy to order on line and were ready for collection very quickly. The staff were very helpful when I arrived to pick up the items. A good experience all round. The items were a good price and I didn't have to travel far to get them.

Honest helpful company and drivers.
I have a back problem that makes it difficult for me to lift.Cam and Nick brought twenty bags of stones for me into my back garden.Next day ordered again.They only brought them for me the same day and again into my back garden.I will use Bradford's again they do what they say they will do with smiles and politeness.Not many delivery drivers do that these days to much in a hurry to help.Thank you for your kindness chaps.

Systems let them down
Did a click and collect order and it was no different to just arriving at the yard. Nothing was ready to collect.
The staff were cheerful and helpful but the system seems to let them down
The product itself was twisted and warped so had to sort through the wood pile to find some ok lengths.

Poor decking boards let down good service
Quality of the decking boards was disappointing. Understand that it's a natural product but 4 or 5 of the 3.6m boards were unusable due to damaged edges or missing knot holes along edges. Only because I had over ordered and was cutting them all in half meant I was left with 4 halves that couldn't be used. Other than that tge price and service were both very good.
